Extremely poor parking service from Plane parking. I was going to say could be improved and put a 3 star review. But after being lied to by their customer service in their response to my initial feedback I believe a one star rating is more deserved. Initial experience was fine. Easy access and found a space. Shuttle was quite quick with no issues. On return to Edinburgh airport at around 10pm I stood at the airport collection point along with 5 or 6 other people for around 40 minutes waiting for the shuttle service to return me to my car. Two of the other people waiting tried to call as a plane parking shuttle arrived dropped off the passengers and switched their sign to not in service leaving us for another 15 - 20 minutes wait for a bus to turn up. I highlighted this in their contact form, as directed to complete when nobody answers their phone number, and have received a reply from Ryan claiming he has looked at CCTV and none of this happened. As the person that experienced it along with 5 or 6 other people I can assure you it did happen. Just avoid Plane parking, it's cheap for a reason and their customer service is atrocious.

Got my van back yesterday with my front wing and bumper smashed.they didn’t tell me this had happened just parked it up .noticed it when I got home off a very long day.still waiting on a reply from the report I put in.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Was so much easier for myself using this service with having a 16 year old who has epilepsy and also had my 6month old daughter. Was easy service to use for collecting my car on my return.

It does exactly as expected and at a reasonable price. Easy to get too, park and drop off keys. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Best airport parking by far. The fast park was so easy to use both on departure and return. Very efficient and good value for money. Would definitely recommend and we will be using this every time we fly from Edinburgh.

Park in the multi storey regularly and find it very straightforward. You are given clear instructions re arrival and departure plus you can access security directly on Level 2. Just wish it was a bit cheaper.

easy access into parking area well sign posted. Lots of spaces available 5 minute walk to terminal.

Not being used to Edinburgh airport and being 70+ it was slightly daunting finding our way to car park.
Somehow we made it and it was very easy to transfer to airport once parked.

I have used this service a lot now and it's great. My only issue is that this time my trip away got cut short and when i tried to shorten the stay on the website it was impossible to do. I had to wait until i went to pick my keys up and explain that i was back early and had to wait an hour or my car was ready.

Really easy and straight forward to follow even at 4am! The staff there were really helpful too and on hand to explain.

Great experience. On arrival staff helping to find the right space. Then assisting with key drop off. Very easy and clear process.

Settings on dashboard were changed to different profile heating turned to 26degrees heated seats put into operation all of which were totally unnecessary to move our car from arriving to leaving. We would appreciate an explanation as to why these actions were carried out.

This is way much better than parking elsewhere, especially when are coming home.

Very easy to make the booking for the chosen car park. No problems with entry or exit from the car park.
