The boiler part was original branded item, which is peace of mind that it will be fully compatible. The delivery was a very quick turn around and was kept up to date when to expect the item.

You supplied the cheapest Zip boiler I could find online, free delivery expect it within five days. It arrived approximately fifteen hours after I ordered it. How can it possibly get better than that?
I would highly recommend EDD to anyone who asks.

Fantastic service only ordered my items yesterday lunchtime and received them by just after midday today. Super fast. I had call yesterday because I had a problem which a lovely young lady sorted out for me. They then emailed me confirmation of my order and followed up with one say I would receive tracking details and I found the service second to None. Fantastic will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Replacement Thermostats
I needed some replacement Herschel thermostat kits. I found Electrical Deals Direct offering them for a good price - cheaper than elsewhere. In the process of placing the order I found their customer service to be excellent. They were very responsive and helpful. While delivery was suggested for the following Monday when my order was placed on Thursday, the items arrived on Friday. Very pleased overall with the service and have no hesitation in recommending EDD.

Purchased more Herschel Panel Haters
Ordered 2x additional Herschel panel heaters to add to the others we already have - great prices but also a GREAT service from EDD. Shout out to "Breen" who was excellent checking stock and ensuring the products arrived quickly on the day required. Delivered on time when promised, via Royal Mail with updates. Having had very bad experiences from a number of other couriers I was pleased edd use a credible carrier - these arrived in perfect condition, packaging with no scuffs or dents!! Well Done - will certainly come back again.

I have still not received the item despite it being shown as in-stock on your website. As I received the invitation to write a review before even receiving the item I cannot really say any more.**UPDATE**: James at EDD took personal responsibility to ensure that my order was expedited and provided fantastic communication as things progressed, the issue turned out to be with the courier but James and his team pulled out all the stops to get things sorted. You do not often experience this level of customer service these days and I was very impressed!

Good afternoon Paul, and I'm really sorry that your order for the underfloor flow boiler hasn't gone according to plan, which is not what we're used to.
The item has been available for dispatch since yesterday, but DPD failed to call in to collect any parcels.
I have made it my business today to ensure the item is on a 'next day' service and that collection will not fail this time.
Your order was scheduled for our free 3-5 working day service, and I appreciate that by the time your boiler arrives tomorrow, we will be just outside of that window, so once again, my apologies for that.
I will give you a call later today to confirm the item has been collected.
