The boiler part was original branded item, which is peace of mind that it will be fully compatible. The delivery was a very quick turn around and was kept up to date when to expect the item.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery, just before Christmas. EDD were the only peolpe who could supply this vented double tap, and a Santon undersink water heater in under 28days. This was a god send as our water heater had failed and the vented tap was suspect. The two items arrived 2 days after ordering. Good price's and easy website to order. Excellent packing and FedEx and dpd delivery couriers did the Job. So Hot water again by Christmas Eve.
I Highly recommend this company and will use use again. EDD Saved our Christmas !! +++++

Placed an order for a water heater on Monday 3rd Nov and it was delivered mid-morning on Tues 4th. The item was priced very competitively and arrived well packaged. The emails sent by the company kept me fully updated about the order progress and included useful information regarding warranty etc.

Top notch service
I checked using 'chat' whether item I wanted was currently in stock and was speedily answered affirming that it was. I replied that I would complete the online order immediately after. Item arrived on Saturday afternoon, although I expected to have to wait until after the weekend. I immediately took it to the kitchen where it was to be used, installed and went through the commissioning procedure making it ready for use on the following morning, much to the surprise and delight of the kitchen staff.
