The boiler part was original branded item, which is peace of mind that it will be fully compatible. The delivery was a very quick turn around and was kept up to date when to expect the item.

Cylinder order
I was told by your office I would get a call from delivery driver 1hr before but go no call so missed delivery, I contacted Gledhill who informed me that your company Electric deals direct had not requested this to them as if you had they would of had on the notes & done it

I'm so sorry for this lack of communication from the delivery driver. Gledhill are correct, there wasn't a specific request for contact prior delivery, as it is our 'default' setting, and so we were surprised and dissapointed to hear it failed on this occasion. (I can promise you that is a very rare occurance)
Could I ask you to confirm if the delivery has now taken place, and all is well with your cylinder?

Excellent customer - went above and beyond
I signed up to their email and got 5% discount code but that code refused to work on the website. Called customer service (phone was answered within 2 rings) and the lady agreed that there was an issue as she also tried the code herself. To redeem, she lowered the item price on the website by 5% (who would do that normally?) and also agreed to upgrade my standard delivery to next day at no extra cost ! That's proper customer service going the extra mile ! Got my item next day (royal mail tracked 24) at an excellent price (incidentally cheaper than it was quoted on the manufacturers website). 3 cheers to EDD !
