The boiler part was original branded item, which is peace of mind that it will be fully compatible. The delivery was a very quick turn around and was kept up to date when to expect the item.

After searching extensively online for the “De'Longhi DEX216F Tasciugo AriaDry Multi Dehumidifier (16L, Blue)”, I finally found it available on the “Electrical Deals Direct” website. I’m very pleased I did!
The ordering process on their website was seamless – clear, intuitive, and user-friendly. I received an immediate email confirmation after placing my order, followed by timely updates on the dispatch and delivery process. Everything about the service was efficient and reassuring.
The dehumidifier itself arrived within the promised timeframe [it arrived the very next day!], extremely well packaged, intact, and in perfect condition. Product good, but service could be improved
The product I bought was good quality and very well priced. However I wasn't provided with tracking information until after a delivery attempt had been made, meaning that even though I paid for express delivery, it took 4 working days for me to receive it. I've also received 10 marketing emails in the 2 weeks since which is an annoyance.

I can see that the item arrived with you on Tuesday 11th March, after an attempted delivery the day before. As you placed the order after our dispatch cut off time on the Thursday, the order would have been treated as a Friday order. That means the delivery was attempted one working day after your order, and ended up being a successful delivery 2 working days after the order.
However, I'm sorry the tracking information didn't arrive in your inbox - maybe it ended up in your spam folder, which I appreciate is a pain.
I hope all went well with the installation and that the cylinder is serving you well.
5 marketing emails a week sounds excessive, so I'm surprised about that - we'll get you removed from any communication lists we have.
