The boiler part was original branded item, which is peace of mind that it will be fully compatible. The delivery was a very quick turn around and was kept up to date when to expect the item.

Faulty The boiler we had delivered was leaking…
The boiler we had delivered was leaking from the feed pipe internal in the boiler after paying for a plumber to install it and had to have uninstalled as it was flooding the kitchen in my petrol station .
I called to have a replacement and was told to ring the warranty company .
I then called to have it exchanged as it is not fit for purpose but was told there wasn't any left and this was the last one .
I was told i would get a refund and they would collect the faulty boiler .
This has not happed yet still no refund and the boiler has not been collected .

Hi Dave. Apologies for the late response, but I wanted to ensure this was being rectified.
I fully understand that it's frustrating on the (very rare) occasions when a faulty unit can't be replaced immediately - in this case due to manufacturing /component delays.
I now understand that the boiler has been collected (the day after your review) and we will be processing the refund immediately, although it can take a couple of days to appear back on your card or in the bank.
Once again, our sincere apologies for any inconvenience that has been caused by this situation during which we were kind of in the manufacturer's hands.
