The boiler part was original branded item, which is peace of mind that it will be fully compatible. The delivery was a very quick turn around and was kept up to date when to expect the item.

Excellent service, had an issue ordering online, called number, was answered quickly and spoke to a very helpful lady who sorted issue out. Once ordered, got emailed invoice, instructions etc straightaway. Was also emailed delivery tracker, which worked well, I am located well off the beaten track so always worry about deliveries, no issue was delivered by again a very polite FedEx driver. So all in all an excellent service from start to finish. Many thanks.

EDD had my specific water heater cylinder in stock, which I needed urgently. They were able to provide an express delivery and the product arrived the next morning! They also helped making sure I ordered the correct item. Their chosen delivery company TPN were very helpful in delivering the product too. So, I'm very happy overall, not to mention the very good price.

I had not ordered from EDD previously but the reviews gave me confidence, and the item was competitively priced. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged (which to his credit, the FedEx driver informed me about before handing it over) but it turned out to be only a slight inconvenience; the help EDD provided was first class - prompt, clear and informative. Everything was sorted out satisfactorily with minimal fuss, a refreshing experience these days!
