I've been using Elemental Herbology for a few years now. Their products are great. Ordering is easy and delivery very efficient.

ordered some products to have delivered to my hotel while I was visiting the UK but the hotel misplaced them and I did not get them. elemental herbology was great about letting the hotel mail them back once found and giving me a refund, and then shipping me replacement products here in the usa.

I love this skin cream, it sinks in beautifully and smells great.

Wonderful cream wouldn’t use any moisturiser. Even smells good. I have a mature skin and often receive complements about the condition of my skin.

Great product swiftly sent, maybe packaging could have been scaled down.

What I really wanted was the "age support" cell active rejuvenation facial moisturiser. I had ordered and received it a couple of months ago but could not find it this time. It was the best moisturiser I have ever used in my 64 years. Very sad.
Update......this was the new updated version. The contents are just as excellent but a pity the lovely rose gold colour container is now white.

Customer service was quick and efficient. Were quick to respond to emails and send out new shipment when original not received.

Easy online order system and I'm really enjoying the elemental herbology skin care range.

The products are just amazing! The scrub is so good, exfoliates and reduces oil, I love it. A pot lasts me nearly a year so totally worth it.

Has a lovely clean smell makes you feel healthy

I love EH products, have been using them for a while since I had a lovely facial with them, they really suit my sensitive skin and I love the textures and smells. I particularly like Cell Plumping and the Hyaluronic Serum

Cannot fault elemental herbology’s customer service. Nothing was too much trouble at all. I realised I hadn’t ticked the box for free samples so I emailed and I had some in the post and in my hands within days. Looking very much to using the products I have purchased and the freebies.
