Great customer service
I meant to order two switches and realised later I had only ordered one. I made contact with customer services and the lady held my order back until I ordered my second switch, the order went through and I was later refunded the 2nd postage.
I thought this was excellent service as technically I was too late but she made it happen.

I bought an intermediate toggle switch plate from here. The customer service was great. The product is fine and came on time for when needed to be installed by the electrician.

We have looked into the circumstances of your order and can see that the team did contact you on the same day your order was placed, to let you know there was a delay with the faceplate.
They offered to send the back of the switch straight away so installation wouldn’t be held up. The faceplate would have followed within the advised lead time of up to four weeks, and potentially sooner.
We completely understand that this solution didn’t work for you, and as requested, your order was cancelled and refunded within 24 hours.
We are sorry this fell short of your expectations but please be assured that we take all feedback seriously and this will be passed to the relevant team for review.
