Great products
Elesi always provide high quality products. This is the third batch of lights we’ve purchased, never had an issue with the product. The only thing that could be better is more documentation on the lights; I wasn’t sure if I needed a down light cover for the light until I read the instructions in the box.

Delivery issues
Ordered from this company as needed the items next day. Now been told they won't arrive, which means I will need to pay for an electrician for another day. Contacted customer services but they just blamed the courier. Very disappointed with the service.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and completely appreciate how frustrating this delay must be, especially when timing was important.
Just to clarify, your order was despatched on time the same day it was placed. Unfortunately, the courier experienced capacity issues at their main hub which caused the delay. While this was outside of our control, we contacted them on your behalf and did everything possible to move the parcel along, but sadly it wasn’t possible.
We always recommend placing time-sensitive orders in advance where possible, as next-day delivery, though typically very reliable, isn’t 100% guaranteed once it leaves our hands.
We're very sorry this delay impacted your plans and understand your disappointment.
