Customer Service excellent, product not so
Aftersales customer service is excellent,
However, unfortunately let down on the quality of the product - given the prices paid for the items I would not have expected to live with the defects.
Replacements were sent out swiftly,
there seems to be a manufacturing issue with the chrome surrounds because the replacements also had blemishes on them albeit minor
The items with minor blemishes I have had to accept - so definitely not worth the price I paid for them

Ordered 13 spotlights at 3:00pm and they arrived the following day. I’d unfortunately ordered the wrong finish (brushed instead of antique) called customer service who were extremely helpful and resolved the issue. I had the right finish delivered, again the following day. Amazing customer service and regular updates from order to deliver. Quality products too.
