Thank you for taking the time to update your review. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you’ve been left feeling disappointed, as this is not the experience we aim to provide.
When you contacted us regarding the dimmer switch behaviour, our technical team investigated the issue in detail. Based on the symptoms described and after discussion with our technicians, it appeared that the issue may be related to the wiring configuration rather than a product fault. We offered several ways to help resolve this, including step-by-step troubleshooting, reviewing wiring images, speaking directly with your electrician, or arranging a FaceTime call — however, we were not taken up on these options.
Despite the switch having been installed, we still arranged a prepaid return so it could be tested by our technical team. As requested, the returned items were credited to your account, and this credit remains available should you wish to order alternative products.
We’re disappointed that this situation has led to such frustration, particularly as we worked to offer support, testing, and a credit in good faith.
If you would like to discuss this further or need assistance selecting alternative products, our customer service team would still be happy to help.

Don’t use Evri to deliver in Penshurst
Evri has never yet delivered a parcel to my front door or covered porch. Every delivery has been delivered to the other side of the building, outside a community door and garden, where there is no cover. This is despite downloading their App and pinpointing my front door. All other delivery companies deliver to my door. Evri is well known in our area as most people have the same problem.

Great products, poor after sales
Great products, quick delivery but we were notified on checkout that one of our items (light switch) was made to order and would result in delayed dispatch of everything. Not a problem so I was a little surprised when order arrived ahead of time. Was more surprised that said switch was actually a collection of component parts with limited instructions on how to assemble. At over £90 for a light switch I’d expect it to arrive ready to install. I’ve deducted another star because I never got a reply when I messaged in for help.

With regards to the smart dimming switch, these are supplied as component parts because the Zigbee module is designed to sit behind the toggle module. This modular format makes installation much easier, as an electrician would need to separate the components in order to fit them correctly. We appreciate that this may not have been obvious at first glance, and we’ll look at how we can make this clearer in our instructions.
We’re also sorry for any confusion around your support request. Our team did respond to your contact form at the time, but didn't receive a response. We always want to make sure our customers feel supported, and would have been happy to explain further.
