I have purchased six videos with Santa from Elfi starting in 2017 and look foward to adding more in the future! While the videos are great, its the gift of creating Christmas memories for my grandsons to enjoy for years to come that is most important to me. Long after they have forgotten the toys they received they will have these videos from Santa! The production value and the opportunity to personalize them for each child is wonderful. My only concern is running out of new videos to use. While the technology used today is quite good, I would love to see how much better these could be with a good AI program!

A description of what the requested photos will be used for would be helpful. This years video asked for family photos, but provided no context. Once I received the video I discovered the part which says, "they announced the contest winners, we know who loves you the most" and it then proceeds to say "Mom and Dad, and Mom and Dad". It looks and sounds strange. I was asked for photos of family, but if I knew more about why it is asking for a type of photo I would not have submitted two photos of both my wife and I. Unfortunately we do not have any other family members still alive, so I would have submitted one photo of me and one if my wife.

Great video! The kids were excited watching and listening to Santa's advice.

Everything is amazing. They are keeping the Christmas spirit alive. Also very well priced. The only issue I have is that they do recordings by a voice actor each year so if your child's name has never been recorded, you'll have to ask them to record it and wait till the next year. Other than that, perfect， especially as present that can be given from overseas easily.

This was just a magical experience for my son this Christmas, and we will definitely be making this a new tradition going forward. Thanks Elfi!

Paid extra for the phonecall and received 2 videos to watch, one with and without phonecall but both videos are the same, so I wouldn't recommend paying extra for the phonecall.

This was incredible, I loved it (probably more than my kiddos), the video was a little too long to keep my kids entertained.

I was skeptical at first but it turned out better than expected. My kids over it and my son asked to watch it multiple times a day leading up to Christmas. I will be doing it again every year.

Absolutely ridiculous we haven't recieved our order! Disappointed expecting it on Christmas and it's not here.

Every year from 7years video from santa bringing to our house real magic, daughter is very happy and she still believes in it. Videos are real and good quality

Very easy to create letters. Reasonable cost. I didn't order until December 9th so hoping they arrive soon. My adult children, 39 and 41, mentioned that Santa did not send them a letter this year! I think they enjoy receiving now more than when they were little ones!

My 5 year old was extremely excited to get his Santa video! He hasn't stopped bringing it up, in one way or another, a week later. It was truly magical for him to experience.
