Very easy to order.
Very hard to track!

I ordered 2 videos and both were a huge hit! I have 3 kiddos-7 years old, 2 years old and 11 months old. We were able to incorporate specific things they liked and were asking Santa for. It gives them encouragement to behave better, and overall the graphics were phenomenal. The videos are long and really cute!

My daughter truly enjoyed her video message from Santa. Thank you so much for this innovative service to make children's Christmas more magical! We will definitely get another one next year! My only regret is not getting a discount code for my 4 purchases and only learning about this afterwards.

I ordered a video for my 5-year-old granddaughter, her delight when Santa Claus mentioned her name was priceless. I would highly recommend.

The letter is lovely and that it can be customized is wonderful but had I noticed that it was coming from Europe, I would have selected something in the USA. The delivery is just to long. Continued success

We love our Elfi videos. This is the second year we have bought them for our son and again, it was absolutely magical! So much has gone into the production of these videos, but they feel so intimate and personalised. Our son loves the fact that Santa is talking to him personally. Super quick and easy process to customise your own video. Very user friendly. Well worth it!

This is the first time I have had a video for my grandson, he is absolutely mesmerised by it and watches it all the time. Can thoroughly recommend if you want to make Christmas extra special.

I buy these every year. Children go crazy when they see themselves in a video. When I watch my nephews seeing the video, there eyes light up and the smiles are incredible. They watch it over and over again! Every year it changes.

Love, love, love Elfi! The production is amazing and each video is really high quality. The stories are all entertaining too. Have used Elfi at least three or four years in a row. It's great that new content is created each year. It would be great to have a few more different statements available to choose from but I do think there is a decent offering.
