Very dissapointed , thought i had left this review earlier.
Booked an appointment for my 80 year old mum and my brother to change her will
My brother was told to leave the room , as my brother is my mums executer we required him to be there to advise
There were a couple of items that required changing, we have heard after that this should of been a simple codicil form
Mum was told where I require a lower amount due to a part owned motorhome between myself and mum i would be entilted to it but less in cash, apparently this wasnt possible .
She also wanted to put two amounts in trust for my nephew and my son .
This also was not possible and had to be a good will on mine and brothers behalf
The only bonus was a statue which wanted splitting 3 ways which was already included
Therefore for the solisitor telling us he cant do anything she was asking to be done was still charged £200 + for half an hours work and nothing to show for it

Used the service of the Belper Office three times over wills and probate issues. Excellent service from Rosie Woodward who I found to be very approachable and professional. I would certainly use this company again for any legal issues.

Rachel Brooking was great. Answered all queries, explained everything well. Was always there to talk to. We were first time buyers and Rachel made the process so much easier for us than it could've been.
