Sunt extrem de dezamăgit de modul în care a fost livrat hard disk-ul comandat. Un produs atât de sensibil a fost trimis într-un plic subțire, fără absolut nicio protecție, iar plicul era chiar găurit, cu folia originală a hardului tăiată.
Nu pot înțelege cum eMAG permite o astfel de ambalare, având în vedere că hard disk-urile sunt extrem de vulnerabile la șocuri și orice lovitură poate provoca defecte interne invizibile, care se manifestă abia după o perioadă. Practic, a fost tratat ca un produs de unică folosință, nu ca un dispozitiv de stocare pentru date importante.
Este revoltător. Am cumpărat HDD-ul special pentru backup-uri, iar ceea ce am primit a fost un produs expus riscurilor încă din transport. E inadmisibil ca o platformă de talia eMAG să permită astfel de practici.
Solicitarea de retur este singura opțiune. A fost o experiență frustrantă, lipsită total de profesionalism, și îmi pune mari semne de întrebare în ceea ce privește controlul lor asupra calității ambalării produselor.
Nu recomand această experiență nimănui.

Emag.ro has scammed me. I ordered an expensive product, a pair of UGG, and i asked to retirn them as I had doubta they were original. They kept lying me they take care of my request, but they never proceeded with the return. So I ended up with a product which i don't like and cannot wear. I tried to leave a review with the bad experience I had with them, but they never published my review. Watch out and always address authorities when you expereince scams from this site.

I paid for a product on 11.11 and it should have been delivered latest on 13.11. On 14,11 I received a message that my order will arrive on 17.11 the latest. This was last communication from them. On 18, 20 and 21.11, I entered their chat to recover my money. Although the operator told me that he verified in their system and my order will not be delivered (due to some problems with the delivery company which, by the way, is a company owned also by Emag), she said that I will receive my money back in 2-5 working days after the delivery company will put a special status in their system. How is this possible? I have no contract with the delivery company, I paid directly to Emag. If Emag is sure that the order will not be delivered why doesn't reimburse the money of their clients instantly?
There is only one answer: THE BIGGEST FRAUDS AND SCAMERS!

Not even 1, I'm waiting for 2 weeks my order, firs time come damage with missing product, the support tell me that will receive everything replacement of the damage product and the missing product, after 2 weeks I receive missing product but nor replacement, of course customer support on chat don't know how to respond, after. I see that was create new order for 2 damage product and one missing and I must pay, and after another order with missing product!!! The support lazy, they don't know what is doing on, 2 weeks nothing, maybe will get it on the Christmas

Tepari.De blackfraiday am comandat un espressor si este resigilat, Am incercat sa iau legatura cu ei dar au o mizeri3 de AI.

Am comandat un aragaz si un cuptor pe 07 si suntem in 20 si nu le am primit.

Am pus review in care am scris ca nu sunt multumit de ei si nu il publica.Tot ce era de bine au publicat instant.

Ceva groaznic această companie. Ar trebui să se autosesizeze opc-ul.

EMAG, a ajuns cel mai ordinar seller online. Cind am trecut la GENIUS, mi se promiteau super preturi si livrare a doua zi. De obicei dadeam aprox 50 comenzi pe an. Anul asta a fost jale: produse electrice defecte, intirzieri mari la unele comenzi, comenzi care nu s-au livrat, inapoierea banilor de lunga durata, greoaie. Imposibilitatea de a discuta telefonic, cu un om. Etc. O dezamagire fara margini! Eu sper ca oamenii , usor, usor , sa migreze spre alte motoare...

eMag nu publica review-urile negative. Nu au suport pentru clienți real, este doar de forma. Nu returnează banii înapoi pentru retur-uri. Nu respecta legile care protejează consumatorul.

A company based on scams and lies! Their way of advertising is aggressive. They say go Genius upfront cost so you’ll have free delivery and next day delivery! Never happens, it takes them almost a week to deliver! Avoid these scammers ! Atleast 80% of the products are fake Chinese stuff that you can get on temu as well for a way better price!

I've put 2 orders on Black Friday, and accepted theirs suggestion for delivery point at Sameday locker.
They never dispatched them, there was no messages regarding attempted delivery, and the simply cancelled the orders.
Well, I gave them 1 star because they've refunded me.

Din păcate aceste firme mari își bat joc de clienți. Când a fost black friday vinerea trecută,am achizitionat un produs redus ,iar după câteva ore mi s-a răspuns ca metoda de plată nu este acceptată. Eu cumpărând de la ei produse in valoare de zeci de mii de lei din 2016.Am contactat serviciul de asistență care este un robot dupa lungi demersuri am ajuns la un asistent om ce mi-a spus ca se va ocupa de cazul meu.Nici pana astăzi nu mi-a mai răspuns la mail.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid shopping from eMAG. They sell fake and low-quality products, cancel paid orders without explanation, and take ages to deliver anything – if they even deliver at all. I’ve had orders fully paid for weeks in advance suddenly canceled with no clear reason and no proper customer support response. Their delivery system is a mess, and communication is terrible.

eMAG delivered a product with lower specifications than the one advertised and invoiced (order 452734697). I have official proof from the manufacturer that the laptop is 144Hz, not 180Hz. eMAG admitted this non-conformity in writing but refused a legal remedy (replacement or proper price reduction), offering instead a delayed voucher with conditions attached.
This is not how a leading retailer should handle a clear product non-conformity. Check specs !!

Dupā ani de zile de cumpārāri de pe site azi mi-au refuzat sā cumpār un Iphone 16 promax cu my wallet. Nici pe 4 luni nici pe 6 nici pe 12. Astea dupā ce am achitat la termen sau în avans produsele cumpārate de la ei.

Nu se poate renunța la Genius, dacă ești in perioada de probă. Adică, ești obligat sa plătești taxa lor, să rămâi abonat, la terminarea perioadei de proba. Cum să numim asta: șantaj sau înșelătorie?

Rendeltünk egy mosógépet az EMAG-tól. A mosógépet egyszer használtuk. A szerelő megállapította, hogy a szállítás során keletkezett sérülések miatt totálkáros volt. A csomagolás azonban sértetlen volt. A dob megrepedt, ami miatt víz szivárgott az elektronikára. A gyártó nem vállalt garanciát, cserét és visszatérítést sem, azt állítva, hogy a kézbesítés után azonnal ki kellett volna csomagolnunk a mosógépet, szétszerelnünk és tesztelnünk kellett volna a működését – ezt csak szerelőnek szabad megtennie. A gép a hulladékudvarban kötött ki. Soha többé nem az EMAG-tól.

În general nu sunt probleme. Rar apar. În schimb, serviciul cu clienții este puțin deficitar. În rest e super ok

A-ți prostit lumea de Black Friday,Am pus cu ozi înainte produse la favorite și de Black Friday nu a mers site-ul, iar când a mers nici un produs nu a mai fost redus din cele adăugate la favorite. Pe mine ma-ți pierdut ca și client la multe cumpărături. Sunteți niște MINCINOȘI. SĂ VA FIE RUȘINE.
