Every time I tried to post a review it was rejected! Products were completely different, some didn't work, I got an insulating paste that was hardened and NO review was accepted.

Ar trebui statul sa ii reglementeze maxim pentru ca nu e corect sa ma obligi sa iti platesc in avans aplicand o taxa procesare plata la easybox de 10 lei, care se face prin card bancar (digital) nu procesezi nimic mai mult decat plata in avans ! Faliment va doresc !

Very disappointing experience. Many Marketplace sellers are unreliable, customer support is slow and ineffective, and there seems to be very little concern for customer satisfaction. Unexpected extra fees appear without clear justification, and previously offered customer benefits are removed without providing fair alternatives. The overall shopping experience has become much worse over time. I can no longer recommend eMAG based on my recent experiences.

De 24 de ore incerc sa pun o comanda cu My Wallet. Nu merge, suportul e degeaba. Inapoi la o stea.

Paid full price, the product delivered was not sealed, probably a return. Once you pay full price I think it is normal for the product to have a seal from the manufacturer.

Very bad service! Warranties are not respected on products. The price for the service of an Iphone 13 ( they asked for 3500 ron) is much higher than the real value of the product ( 2000 ron) and does not reflect the quality!
I do not recommend!

Please beware of the reviews. I've just noticed that some of my negative reviews were rejected by emag. Some of them without any reason. So do your research before ordering any product and don't trust the reviews, especially if theres only 5-10 of them.

Someone gave us 2 gift cards of 100 euros each.
The first one was used on a product which costs 40 euros, the 60 remained euros can’t be used because de policy of the company is like that.
The 2nd gift card was used on a second one, when we reached the confirmation of the bank, there was a problem in it. So we tried again to confirm, but the said that the voucher was allready used. After a lot of talking with the agents, they couldn’t help us.
Don’t buy vouchers or gift cards.

The most useless site that spams with unnecessary info just to get you dizzy and sell products at higher prices that usual.
It new "AI" is useless as the company bosses that choose to use a bot instead of real persons that could actually help you with real answers instead of predefined idiotic answers that are helpful as hose watering the garden during a monsoon season.

Good product range but horrible customer support...

Jako sprzdawca - NIE POLECAM.
1. Brak możliwości wyłączenia przesyłek pobraniowych
2. Przesyłki zwracane / nieodebrane wracają 3-4 tygodnie. (tak, to nie jest pomyłka)
3. Przesyłki zwracane są otwierane, rozkradane przez kurierów !!!

i orders a mouse pad and it sais it was 80x30 and when it showed up it was a lot smaler+i order a t-shirt and pants and the t-shirt came with a horible packaing.The order was delaied by 1 day

Mizerabil service! O experienta proasta pe care sper ca altii sa o poata evita!

Poate emag va fi cumparat de Amazon, ca sa se vada si in România diferenta de calitate si seriozitate!

I am extremely disappointed with eMAG's deceptive marketing tactics, specifically regarding their "-50 RON for your first app order" campaign.

Influencers sponsored by eMAG are actively promoting this, claiming that all you need to do is add 150 RON worth of items to your cart, apply the promo code, and you get the discount. This is completely false and misleading. When you actually try to check out, the app constantly gives errors saying your items are "not part of the campaign."
At this point I thought that this is another one of those marketing 'tricks' with 'hidden gates', so after trying to find the Terms & Conditions for this specific campaign, I realized that there isn't any. The main page with the campaign, that can be easily accessed via the banner on the main eMag.ro page states specifically "Instalează-ți aplicația eMAG și ia-ți ce vrei, oricând vrei!", which translates to "Install the eMAG app and get whatever you want, whenever you want!". "Whatever you want", they said. This is all the information stated on that page, so there are no other details about the campaign. After trying to apply the promo I was told that i still need to add items of the campaign, so I tried to find out about what products are actually part of the campaign, but as I wrote, there are no details given by them or by the influencers they are paying to promote this campaign.

I was utterly disappointed and devastated by this experience with the biggest e-commerce platform in Romania, for trying to pull 'cheap tricks' as such.

Ca sa rezolv o problema minora, trebuie asteptat 30 zile casa pot avea access din nout la cont. Mesajele SMS nu se mai trimit pentru accesarea contului, asa ca trebuie trimis un email la data.protection2emag.ro, iar problema va fie rezolvata in 30 zile, in loc sa fie rezolvata pe loc de un agent la telefon sau prin intermediul chat-ului.

Occasionally ships unsealed/resealed products as new.
Happened with a microwave oven, a GPU and, recently, a CPU.
I've wanted to post this to their website as well, but surprise, they rejected the review as containing 'description referring to product functionality' which it obviously doesn't, but this seems to be an automated AI analysis and response as no human with a brain could say that. I imagine their support is also worse than before so I suggest looking at buying from another retailer unless you have a physical store nearby.

They introduced AI for customer support and it’s an absolute disaster. No help whatsoever. They only transfer you to an agent when you threaten to make an official complaint with ANPC. When they finally transfer you to an agent, you have 2 minutes to reply otherwise they close the chat. Even after being transferred, I’m not entirely sure I was speaking to an agent. Seemed round 2 of AI. Also, they do not check the sellers. There are a lot of 1 and 2 stars sellers allowed to sell in the platform. Absolutely horrible!

Comanda nu ajunge , și suportul nu ajută deloc , deci dacă ai plătit deja comanda scam
