eMAG Avis 

Foarte prost din punct de vedere Logistic. Am făcut comanda cu livrare la casa de vacanță iar coletul a fost trimis la depozitul local din orașul de domiciliu.
NU recomand EMag decât ca motor de căutare produse.

Am comandat doua rafturi metalice Uptyia, de pe emag. Au fost atat de prost ambalate, incat au iesit prin carton. Primele 2 bucati au ajuns indoite, fisurate, cu vopseaua sarita si suduri rupte.
Am facut retur si am contactat emag. Desi am rugat explicit sa verifice rafturile(date fiind antecedentele) si emag m-a asigurat ca a fost un accident si ca daca fac din nou comanda, voi primi produse impecabile, in realitate nu au facut absolut nimic. Urmatoarele 2 rafturi au fost la fel de prost ambalate si au ajuns in stare si mai proasta.
Pacat!
Le-as da 0 stele, daca as avea varianta asta, pentru dezinteres, neseriozitate si lipsa de respect fata de clienti si fata de produsele comercializate
Am incercat sa public cele de mai sus pe pagina produsului. Am fost sunata de emag, sa imi spuna ca review-ul a fost incadrat ca si sesizare si nu va fi publicat. Practic, nu publica decat review-urile pozitive, iar pe cele negative le ignora. Spun asta, pentru ca o sesizare ar trebuit solutionata, iar ei nu au facut nimic. Produsul e in continuare pe stoc, in aceeasi cantitate.

Unfortunately they can't keep their promise when they set a delivery date. This might not be a problem with regular products but when you need a fridge because yours broke, or you need a dishwasher because it broke, things get complicated. They misplaced a dishwasher for me, I had to order another one which also arrived late. Now the same with a fridge. These things are frustrating, you rely on deadlines given for various reasons - to get people to help you for example. Anyway, at first it seemed like an accident but now it's clear to me that they have a big coordination problem.

Nu recomand emag pt ca in colaborare cu EasyBox fac o echipa prost organizata. Casutele se blocheaza, banii ii iau si produsele nu se pot ridica, nu sunt livrate. Astept de o luna jumate produsul sau banii inapoi. Serviciile cu publicul au angajati nepregatiti sa rezolve aceste situatii. In momentul de fata Emag a luat 300 Ron de la mine pt 3 produse si nu am vazut nici produsele nici banii inapoi. Ar recomanda cu caldura tuturor sa isi caute produsele in alta parte

Emag don't accept negative reviews, they find reason for every bad review to be denied. Shame on you! Don't buy from emag!

Horrible, Horrible experience. They own the market by convincing sellers, to sell their products through them. They then abuse to modify prices, deliver late, approve the reviews that they want...basically anything bad one would think, they do.

they have no way to call, only chat bots now which are basically worthless. Just ridiculously bad customer service with very high prices.

I do not recommended to anyone to buy from EMAG. Recent I have paid online licenses antivirus and not received the key until now. And this is not first time when encountered this problem and the agents from emag do nothing to solve the case.

Also can’t contact them only from chat which is very poor in resolving the case quickly and efficiently.

Am cumparat un aparat foto de la ei pentru mine si a venit ok doar ca cutia aparatului nu a fost sigilata ceea ce m-a pus pe ganduri. Acesta functionaza totusi fara probleme.

FRAUDA SI INSELACIUNE

Am fost pacalit sa achizitionez de la ei sub premiza de livrare in 3 zile! Dupa multe notificari si cearta cu ANA MULES (o incompetenta) mi s-a livrat comanda in 2 saptamani.

1. Am fost inselat sa cumpar un produs ce nu a fost livrat conform termen asumat.
2. Nu mi s-au oferit banii inapoi asa cum am solicitat.
3. Nu au vrut sa anuleze comanda iar incompetenta de Ana Mules imi raspundea robotic aceleasi prostii (atat poate creierul ei de retarda)

Concluzie: emag este o MIZERIE!!!

Un rahat de platfomă, pe care EMAG o manipulează cum vrea. Niște hoți tipici!
Manipulează produse, nu tolerează comentarii critice/negative. Vând și promovează produse înșelătoare (pe față) sigur au acoperire la nivel înalt, știu când și la cine să plătească pentru a închide ochii.

Dacă vreți să vă feriți de tzepe, alegeți Amazon.dk (sau ceva de genul) nu pe foții ăștia tipici de românika.

Online support verry verry bad they not solve problems waiting time in the chat it’s 1 hour for respond and you have to stay in the chat till they answer if not they close imediatly the chat and they don’t even give you notification they are on and after you have to get again thru the process anyway package arrive in a verry bad condition do not order from this site !!! It’s a big scam

Am comandat in data de 2 februarie un racordaj pt o rachetă de tenis și trebuia sa ajungă azi în data de 6 februarie. Am contactat pe chat privat vorbind cu un robot într-un final am dat de un agent și mi-a zis ca a contactat firma respectiva și durează pana la 48 de ore sa vadă ce se întâmplă cu comanda. Asta ar însemna ca trebuie sa aștept încă o săptămână și cine știe dacă voi primi comanda. În caz contrar, am sa contactez ANPC-ul, protecția consumatorului dacă nu voi primi comanda.
Nu sunt mulțumit de serviciile lor deloc și pe viitor nu voi mai comanda de aici. Nu recomand acest site.

Comanda ta #475861600 a fost predată curierului. Nu a sosit nimeni la adresă din partea dpd, nu a sunat nimeni. După o reclamatie mi-au trimis mesaj ca am fost sunat fară a prezenta o dovadă. Nu am nimic in lista de apeluri

Am ajuns sa ma rog sa fac plăti, nu sunt băgat in seama si cireașa de pe tort sunt sancționat. Abia aștept sa vad cum ma suna după ce voi vorbi cu ANPC-ul.

Fast delivery, great variety of products, impossible not to find what you are searching for

Trustpilot asks what went wrong, well EVERYTHING!
They do not deliver on time
They do not know how to recalculate (you always pay too much)
Rediculous shipping charges for products that should be delivered for free with Genius, but you can't select "easybox" for because they decide everything has to be sent by courier ( no option to select shipping per product/seller )
When you complain about something they tell you a fairy tale to get rid of you and promise to keep in touch by e-mail. You can reply how much you want, an answer never comes.
More than once, chat is closed by eMag even before the agent said a word
Order before x-time today for delivery tomorrow. And tomorrow the delivery is promised tomorrow and the next day again and so on..
Ordered pet food (3 large plastic bags) which was not delivered at the indicated time. Contacted eMag, the product is damaged and can't be delivered. ( how the h.. you damage 3 bags of petfood at the same time? you sort with knives?)
eMag suggested to place a new order (at a price that was more than DOUBLE!)
When asking for photo proof, surprise surprise, the bags were not damaged at all and showed up (without any contact from eMag) in the easybox.
The only plus from eMag is their Wallet system that let's you pay in 30 days or 4 installments with (almost) no extra cost.

I am a regular customer...sorry, let me rephrase: I was a loyal customer.... I promised I would not spend a dime at EMAG. The last order was a disaster, and I still didn't receive the items that were missing. They called in the end, apologizing and mentioning they will send the missing items; BS, nothing happened; it's been a month. I am done with this company. You lost another customer. There are other companies that know how to respect their customers; you are not one of them. I will cancel my account, and I will never buy anything from EMAG ever again.
