There are not enough words to write that can express how highly we would recommend anyone wanting a mortgage to ask for Mike Wing at Embrace Financial Services.
As a family we have used Mike over the last few years for new and remortgages.
We are sure anyone who has ever had to try and navigate their way through a mortgage application process will know how daunting and stressful it is , however if you use Mike his exceptional knowledge , professionalism , very clear communication style and his genuine sincere friendly approach guarantee you will feel confident being in very safe hands.
An example of how exceptional Mike is only last week following a very desperate telephone call from myself to him regarding an unforeseen “glitch”caused by our mortgage lender with only 5 days to go before completion he went above and beyond by contacting the lender constantly over 4 days to ensure the the issue was resolved. I cannot tell you how relieved I was when he called me early morning to say the completion will go ahead the next day .

Simon Durose is the best! From first appointment, through the buying process and completion he guided myself and my partner perfectly through a very busy time as first time buyers. Disappointed with the service that was provided. Made an appointment and spoke to one of the advisors. As requested sent all our documents over, only to receive a call from the advisor informing us that he was on annual leave for a week and would call us on his return. 5-days later, we are still to hear from him or them.
As we only wanted to loan a small amount over a limited period, I get the impression that it wasn't worth his or their time!
