Very easy to order as i had a window at 251cm nobody was able to make them they were very nice on the phone and had no issue with size.
I ordered in-between a bank holiday but the service was fast beautiful blinds will be buying more soon thankyou english blinds ..

Great choice of blinds .ordered a sample arrived super quick with instructions on how to measure.Easy to use website, Blinds arrived well packaged, with all the fixings needed. Great quality and look even better than expected, really happy with my new blind, and will definitely use this company again, only tiny negative took a little longer to arrive than stated, but definitely worth the wait.

When received, we found one of the blind slats was broken - English blinds sent a replacement blind straight away. Excellent service, highly recommended. The product is good quality and well engineered.

The blinds are of good quality only thing is they should have been made 2-3 m/m smaller it was a bit of a tight fit to go in i had to bend one of the brackets to fit .The chain is not free flowing like our other blinds

I order the blinds for my conservertary and gave measurements after a short wait blinds arrived , we are very pleased with the experience we have had with English blinds no fuss very easy to to deal with . We fitted the blinds very easy to do and they look absolutely lovely . I bought from here , they sent me damaged brackets , I did asked for new ones , they said yes , but never sent . Don’t recommend them because they just ignored me when asking them again ti sort out the issue

The blinds are exactly what I wanted so I was happy with them.
The delivery is not 4-6 working days as stated on the website and there was no communication to when I would receive delivery of my order, I had to email the company to ask when I would receive my order.

The quality of the blind is sufficient however it was not cut to the exact size I specified and has left a 10mm gap either side of the frame. Normally I would have returned the item however I needed this quickly ready do a rental so have had to make do. I would not use this company again.

The blinds are amazing quality and couldn’t be better, however the dispatch time wasn’t as stated and took abit longer. the wooden cover on the top of the blinds I had to cut down myself as all of them came too big, I would definitely not recommended DHL as a courier they was absolutely awful and in the end after being cancelled on twice I had to collect the blinds myself from the depot but the blinds themselves were great and easy to install and I thought a great price.
