Enness was founded in 2007, at the height of the financial crisis, with a plan to fill a gap in the marketplace. I was doubtful/skeptical that with my citizenship/passport I would be able to secure favourable terms for remortgaging my properties in UK. Enness Global managed to find reliable bank with good rates for remortgaging that honored the deal even though current rates are through roof

Complex purchase lending made easy
I planned to purchase multiple flats, and convert them back to into one property. I previously approached other brokers, who told me it would not be impossible to get lending for such a project. I contacted Enness Global and was put in touch with Paige. Words cannot express how amazing she was. Due to the complexity of the purchase, it took nearly a year to complete. Throughout this time, Paige was professional, focused, accessible and kind. She put me and my family at ease, and I know it would not have been possible without her. Paige secured me lending when no one else could, which has allowed me to buy a forever family home for my young family. I am forever grateful and wholeheartedly recommend her. She’s the best.

Helpful and enthusiastic
I came to Nick at Enness with an increasingly complicated case. I let him know that I am still in the fact finding stage and not ready yet to start the process. I kept throwing new ideas and complications at Nick and he met them with enthusiasm. He came up with workable solutions that will allow us to get our complicated loan when we are ready.
His communication was fast, thorough and thoughtful. Its also worth mentioning that, as a woman, it was a pleasure to work with a man who did not speak down to me or do any “mansplaining”.
And he has a sense of humor to boot!
Overall I highly recommend him.
