i have spent so much money with you guys and i still have atleast $500 left of stuff i am waiting for that i have order. i have had no issues till now. my order came in of 5 pop figures that i was very excited for to add to my collection of horror.yes all same ones and for the first time four of them were damage and they say cant do return of the same itam with 5 or more well first of i just trying to replace 4. they say Mint guarantee and they know how inportant it is to the people buying as collectors well apperently they could careless and no i dont want a discount off them like i was offer i want a refund or replacements so for this i will be Canceling they rest of my stuff so who ever buy in bulk DO NOT buy here

I've been a customer of this company for a few years and I'm a real customer and have zero Tolerance for bad customer service or unprofessional services, I can Never say that about this company, Very Professional, They have never disappointed me and always takes the time patiently to help me with all my needs fast and easy, Thank you Donald I usually get the pleasure of your excellent customer service Thank you guys again for being great.

Had a great customer service experience today when calling regarding a package that went missing in transit. Donald made the whole process of arranging a replacement quick and painless. It was much appreciated, and I'll definitely be doing more business with Entertainment Earth in the future!

The guys will trick you with fake coupons for in-stock products. They will make them available and will try to assume that they run out of stock. Then they will slowly ship your items and will charge you full price because the coupon was only for in-stock items.

Certainly this is the worst and most dishonest experience with any store.

For wholesalers I definitely do not recommend them either. Stay away from them. Seriously this is a ripoff

Still waiting for my pre-sale Spider-Punk figure. I've seen this item appear as available and in-stock and then sold out and now back up again for pre-order. very disappointing that I have to wait nearly a year and still nothing!

Donald was awesome! I called in for a order and he was quick to find the items and add them to my order. We were able to talk about similar items collected and how the collections can connect us with people in our lives. Moments like this is why I prefer to make orders through Entertainment Earth. I like connecting with people. Donald's customer service was friendly and welcoming. And through these interactions is why I have been a customer over 20 years with Entertainment Earth. You guys are the best!

Superior customer service. Donald was extremely helpful in finding answers to my questions, and came back to me with results in 2 days time. It was a pleasure talking with him regarding the issue of the name of Robosen Megatron. Very attentive and responsive. I'd call back just to talk with Donald lol. Man is well deserving of a raise, and you gained a loyal customer today

I ordered 3 items and had a discount on shipping. I got one item. One was cancelled. And the last one has been updated 5 times to recieve in a month but always gets extended again. I finally canceled that item because it has been 5 months and even walmart has it in stock. So, i got charged 13 dollars from the shipping discount. I will never order again.

I really want to like them. They usually have a slightly better price than everyone else. But I can't look past the poor customer service any longer. I emailed them a week ago about an additional $5 they charged me that wasn't part of the agreed upon amount at ordering. Crickets. The pre orders take literal years past other stores being in stock and when I do get the chance to speak to them they're usually short and don't seem to care.

My recent experience with Entertainment Earth involved preordering a Red Sonja action figure that was advertised as available in May. However, despite the promised availability date passing, the product has yet to arrive in the store. This blatant misinformation and delayed delivery have left me feeling frustrated and cheated.

When I reached out to inquire about the status of my order, the response I received from Entertainment Earth was not only defensive but also seemed to be written with malice. The lack of transparency and professionalism in their communication further exacerbated my dissatisfaction with the company.

It is evident that Entertainment Earth fails to uphold their promises to customers and lacks the necessary accountability in handling preorders. The misleading information provided about product availability, coupled with the dismissive and hostile customer service, reflect poorly on the company's integrity and reliability.

I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering purchasing from Entertainment Earth. My experience with the company has been marred by disappointment and frustration, and I regret placing my trust in an organization that displays such disregard for customer satisfaction. At this point I’m afraid to ask for a refund

I use EE Distribution as a wholesaler. While I am not thrilled with many of the things the company does or their policies I do want to call out my sales rep Justin Gal. He is LITERALLY the only reason I use them. If you want to work with EE, I highly recommend you request Justin.

I've never had a worse experience with an online retailer. I wasn't allowed to cancel an order I didn't need. They charged $35 to ship a gundam kit that cost $28 because apparently they charge you for all pre-orders you have when anything at all ships out. Then to return it I have to pay another $10 for a return label. And it's so convenient that the shipping isn't refundable. Y'know the shipping I paid for 6 items that haven't even been released yet but I was still charged for. So it would cost me a total of $47.38 to recieve a $29 refund. I can't comprehend why anyone would use this place. I heard good things so took a chance. Customer Service does not exist. I have never been treated so bad. Just a disgusting, predatory company.

Excellent customer service!!! I usually have nothing but good experiences with Entertainment Earth, but when I do have a problem their customer service takes good care of me. I just got off the phone with Donald Tapia, the Client Services Representative, and he went far and beyond in order to resolve my problem. I can't thank Entertainment Earth and Donald Tapia enough!
