Ernest Jones - Bradford Avis 

Bought my wedding ring from this place in September 2022 costing £2230.

In November went to the Leeds store in white rose as the ring was too big to see if I could get it resized - was disgusted with the customer service as teas told it eoukd cost me despite being told at the time of purchase that it wouldn’t if I needed too!!
Developed a skin condition and was unable to were the ring for the last 9 months - went to tge city centre beach prior to calling to see if I could have done form of refund - was told it was not refundable or exchangeable! Was advised to try a ‘we buy any Gold’ which I did and was told the ring was not worth buying!!

Absolutely disgusted and feel like I’ve been robbed as the money as the rings I paid good money for weee actually worthless!

Do not buy any jeweller from there fraudulent places!!

My husband bought me a platinum diamond eternity ring 6 years ago.
My ring cracked and I returned it to Ernest Jones for repair.
My ring was too damaged to repair as the platinum had air bubbles in between the diamonds causing it to snap.
I chose another ring for the same value and I collected it yesterday.
This was at no extra cost to us and I now have a beautiful replacement ring.
Customer service was really good and Kiran at the bradford branch dealt with it professionally
I have given 5 stars because I received 5 star customer service

Extremely helpful service and super friendly customer service from Ethan. Gave brilliant advice on resizing my wedding rings, nothing was too much trouble for him. Also gave brilliant advice on the claws of the stone on my ring. Incredible customer service from him all round :)

Really poorly made jewellery. Bought an expensive engagement ring and twice the diamonds have fallen out, the main diamond in the middle cracked. I was told they couldn’t do anything unless I paid (£200) to replace it. it took over 3 months for them to replace it and 2 months later back to square one, yet another dropped out. I now have to wear a ring with a missing diamond as can’t keep paying £200 to replace. Very badly & obviously cheaply made.
My mums had her engagement ring for 50 years and it still has all its diamonds, just says it all really, these certainly are not made to last!

Ordered a white gold diamond ring for my birthday on Saturday 26th March. Was told it could take up to a week to arrive but more than likely Tuesday/Wednesday and I would receive an email beforehand. Had no call or email so Wednesday afternoon checked delivery status. Was then told it had been blocked as they no longer had my size. Refunds can take up to 10 working days. I was told I had to wait. Chased for my refund a week later and was then told it was still blocked because someone from the store should have contacted me to discuss options and that if I wanted a refund I should call a number to request it. What is going on at Ernest Jones? The whole experience has been awful and I will never go again. I’m still waiting for my refund and hoping my bank don’t charge me interest. Thank you for ruining my birthday!!
I had an amazing experience at Goldsmiths and would tell anyone to go there instead.

the rings are beautiful but once you have an issue you are paying more then the ring just to sort out 1 diamond, i have read a similar story to mine, I paid around £2500 for a Tolkowsky ring a few years back which i didn't wear up until after i got married in 2020, so last year in september i saw 1 of the diamonds was missing, no help on the chat was told to go into store, so i did that and around 2 weeks later i get a call saying ity will cost me more then £1000 for the small diamond on the ring then extra to polsih etc which i didn't ask for, also they advised there was so many things wrong with the ring which there wasn't as my rings are well looked after, sorry to say but if they are charging over £2500 for a ring in the sale then they should guarantee that the diamonds will not fall out after a year of wear, i have had cheaper gold rings that have lasted me more then 10 years without a diamond falling out, its ridiculous how they try to make a rings worth money back from any issues you have

Took my wedding set for resizing in July as needed it a size bigger. Got married on the 10th of July and took it on the 24th so didn't even wear it much. This is November and all I get from the store I took it in Bradford is that it will arrive the following week. Its like they have programmed the answer and thats all me and my husband get each time we call.

Had to wait to go inside and then was shown a seat to take. Wasn't shown much rings to buy.

Worker there was really nice and happy to serve us. Overall it was a good nice experience and it felt like she actually liked working there by the way she dealt with us.

I brought a watch for my sons graduation. The staff at Ernest Jones were very helpful and their advice was very useful

would thought a coffee or glass of water would of been nice and info about the watch if like me you spend over£1000 you like to think t you fell a bit special and give you impression they want you back not thank you buy now pi off

Found the staff very helpful without being overbearing, the young lady Faz, I think her name was pleasant and polite, didn't try to up sell just let my partner choose the pen she liked
