Ernest Jones - Burnley Avis 

I was in Ernest Jones today they ordered a Watch for me and phoned to stay it had arrived. The staff at Burnley were excellent polite had plenty of experience. Nothing was two much trouble for them I also insured the Watch as well.they took some l links out for me. A very happy Customer would buy from Ernest Jones again.

I went to purchase a watch for my daughters graduation and the staff that served me ( MARIA) was an absolute gem, she was very polite, calm , patient and helpful, she answered all my questions with grace and professionalism, wish we had more staff like her in other businesses.
You are a credit to Ernest Jones, keep up the good work!!

I had to get a ring replaced at the Birnley store a lovely manger Dawn helped me she was welcoming and very friendly she helped me to order the size of a new aafter a ring I had couldn't be repaired so need replacing she monitored the return. And I was able to pick up my new ring today . She is a credit to ernst jones her advice was brilliant and I would recommend anyone to go to the Burnley store. You will be made welcome and feel like her being served by a friend

Had a valuation done, there had been an additional charge added which we hadn’t been made aware of until we arrived at the store to collect our paperwork. Zoe at Burnley was super helpful and very friendly and waivered the charge due to break down in communication from others. Thank you

Kelly the manager what a fantastic person she actually is gone above and beyond. Kelly went above and beyond for me to have the ring I had fallen in love with and need for next week. The other staff did nothing compared to Kelly they just told me it would be 5-7 weeks waiting time but Kelly searched and contacted other stores and managed to source me the ring in the correct size so I wouldn’t need to get it resized too. This lady deserves so much credit for really helping me have my dream ring in short space of time.

We went to Ernest Jones in Burnley after purchasing my engagement ring a year before. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had made an appointment to view rings on Saturday 1st May. Dawnn greeted us and showed us a choice of eternity rings. She was very informative and let me take my time choosing the one I wanted. She kept to the price range we had in mind. We got a good price as there was a discount/sale on that day.
I am very pleased with my special white gold diamond ring. It will be cherished forever.

I bought my first Automatic Tissot watch from Ernest Jones Burnley. The staff are very friendly and knowlegeable with the product. Covid guidelines are also fully implemented so I feel safe while I was in the shop. I will definately go back in the future. Highly recomended
