Great customer service
I visited your Cambridge store to view a particular watch. I was exceedingly impressed with Richard , store manager and his colleague for spending an hour with me showing me the watch and how it worked and setting it up for me. I cannot praise them enough.

Disgusted, we brought an engagement ring in Cambridge store lovely assistant had to order our size we payed cash, expected delivery friday, thur afternoon had an email saying out of stock ....not good enough we had already payed i had a day off Friday for delivery and an engagement party that night! Had to cancel as i was so upset, you spoilt our experience which was so special to us,now waiting for another ring to be re-sized arranged from Cambridge store after a telephone conversation Friday morning, it better be perfect with no other problems or matters will go further
