My granddaughter got engaged november23 one of her Diamonds fallout a few weeks later she had to pay £250 to have it repaired and she had it back in January 24 .she hardly wears her ring as she works... Voir plus

The people u have delivery to people…
The people u have delivery to people house is not great thay don't put cards thought your door to say they have been so u have to do the work to get your item. I just got a email saying sorry we missed you . Dx are a joke and not that great to work with so I'm not happy at all

Purchase experience
I have purchased a few items from this shop, and have always been met by knowledgeable and professional staff. Even in these strange and challenging times, I have always experienced only pleasant and patient sales people. Making the buying process a pleasant experience. Excellent service
Excellent service, even in these times of mask wearing and needing to que to enter shops, the staff were friendly and informative. I was after an Omega watch and wanted to view several items. The salesmen bought me the watches and we went over which ones I liked and didn’t like. I was there about 90 mins and walked out a very happy customer.

The manager was lovely
The manager was lovely, helpful friendly and chatty. Could have stayed longer there, really helpful with me and my mum and made our visit friendly.

Excellent Service
Easy online service, problem with delivery to the store of choice as it had been closed down. This was sorted out quickly by the help desk and the store in Swansea where my order came from. Excellent communication kept me informed.
