We have visited the Truro store
We have visited the Truro store a couple of times in the last year pre and post lockdown and all the staff have been lovely and very helpful, especially Chrissie and Val.

Wasn’t looking to buy but…..
Wasn’t looking to buy when I went in, but saw a bracelet I liked and Manager Kayleigh let me try it on! Decision made! Helpful, professional and happy staff made the shopping experience a very joyful one. One happy customer

The store was very clear on COVID…
The store was very clear on COVID restrictions and felt like a safe place to shop. The assistant was knowledgeable, there was a choice and I got exactly what I wanted.

Order had been cancelled after waiting for it to arrive for my wife's 40th birthday. Not pleased at all that this wasnt mentioned sooner.
