I would like to congratulate you on your service. I placed an order early last week and it arrived 2 days later which was brilliant and I am blown away with the presentation I have received - it really is outstanding. I have purchased the items for my sisters 60th birthday gift as she has just discovered your 01 fragrance and absolutely loves it. I thought I would need to wrap all the items separately when they arrived but the presentation gift box I received is just beautiful. This along with your quick order process and delivery is just brilliant. Thank you so much for your excellent service. I will definitely be using uour company again and will totally recommend to family and friends.

No customer service
The website does state that the fragrance might not be noticeable on your skin or from the bottle so I suppose you pay the money and take the risk. Obviously you won’t know until you open the bottle but by then you can’t return it so that’s £125 down the drain. I don’t care how the process is, this is a bit of a rip off

Quality downhill, rubbing alcohol scent
I have been wearing molecule 1 for around 7 years and have purchased many bottles. I realize limitations and how often people don’t recognize iso e super’s scent…. That is not this review, I know it well and love it. This recent bottle, straight from the source, is very heavy in rubbing alcohol and the iso e super is faint. I’m really disappointed. Im unsure if these are made individually or in batches, but I absolutely got a bad batch. While it sucks that I lost money, and this expensive bottle is essentially useless…. It sucks more that I don’t have a bottle of my FAVORITE scent. One star because I do smell a hint of iso e super.

Deceiving and disappointing
I felt cheated with the whole buying process. Your website is clumsy at best, although I would say deceiving. The price of your perfumes is not low but on top of that I ended up paying twice as much for a product I didn't need and didn't want. / As far as the perfumes go, I must say that they come in a nicely decorated box. Yet the perfumes themselves do not meet the expectations. I thought that your perfumes were simple. However, in this set of 01+ I get little of Molecule 01 and a mix of other complex scents that come out not very well balanced. Some perfumes have little of their name (like in the Mandarin or Ginger) as a top note, but developing later a neat note of "rose scent" that I don't like at all!. Some other scents, like Patchouli do develop on the clothing but not on the skin. :/ All in all they smell like cheap perfume. Very disappointing.

Not good at all
When you spray this perfume, there’s a very strong smell of alcohol, and once it evaporates, the perfume scent isn’t really noticeable.

Generous sample amounts! These are not those tiny samples one normally gets and it’s gone after several wearings.
And I’m so happy I tried the samples before purchasing a full bottle. The one scent I thought I would purchase turned out not to be my favorite. But I found two others that I will be purchasing in the future.

Awful, stay away!
I’m shocked by both the perfume and the customer support, and I don’t even know which one is worse. A few months ago, I bought their famous Molecule 01, and the scent had nothing in common with the legendary fragrance it’s supposed to be. Mine was just a thermonuclear mix of something harshly chemical and alcohol. I bought the perfume at Brown Thomas. I wrote to the brand’s customer support, and they sent me a ChatGPT-style template saying that the problem is probably with my nose and that I’m simply unable to smell the fragrance. Outrageous and downright rude.
