Hair care
I bought the pink hair scalp mud as recently had this used on my hair during a spa experience. The results were amazing, my hair has never felt as soft as it did. Would highly recommend this as once this one is finished I will definitely buy again.

Quick delivery and excellent products

I did not receive my order
I did not receive my order. I paid extra for next day delivery and Evri did not deliver it. The shared a photo claimng proof of delivery which coud have been anywhere. I shared the photo on our street's FB group, asking neighbours to check for the order and no one had it. When I tried to contact Evri to inform them this was not posdible. Similarly I tried to email ESPA to inform you but I was informed the email address did not not exist by gmail.
This was extremely dissapointing because it was a birthday gift. I informed my bank to reclaim payment. I'm consideri g a complaint to Consumer Services.

Discount as although I use espa…
Discount as although I use espa products I find prices very high and only buy when offers are available. I love my facial wash. The smell, the texture, the little beads melt and my skin looks and feels squeaky clean without feeling tight or dry. I should add espa customer service is first class.

After recieving the order
After recieving the order, I had a query regarding free gifts that were advertised. The chat option on the website wasn't useful as the person (not robot) couldn't find my account or order with the details I provided, and kept informing me I hadn't ordered via that website, yet sending multiple screenshots of my account and order. She then closed the chat leaving my query unanswered. Very poor after service.

Love the products
Love your range of products and have purchased for myself and as gifts.
I have had two recent deliveries from you and the most recent was delivered by Royal Mail and they were very efficient delivering the ESPA parcel and making me aware of the delivery at all times. The previous delivery from EVRI was chaotic with no contact and the parcel ended up being left on the doorstep which is not the safe place I requested. In fact I was in my apartment at the time and they didn’t ring the bell.
