I signed up and received a 20% off…
I signed up and received a 20% off first order code. However when I went to redeem this a check out it said not valid on the items in my basket. Seems like a false offer then, this should be made clearer upfront.

Love the quality of the products
Love the quality of the products, great for gifts too, as well boxed. Would like more information on if fish has been used in the ingredients.
Love the products so much I have bought more, the hair mask is great for hair and scalp. Using a small amount to protect my hair for swimming, don't want to discolour my coloured hair.

Let down by EVRI
As always, beautiful, luxurious products, but let down by EVRI, yet again. Parcel dumped at completely different postcode. I would rather have a longer delivery window with another company than the “speedy” delivery with EVRI where I have to play Hunt My Parcel.

I’ve ordered from Espa before. Again it was fast , efficient service from ordering my items to receiving them. Espa keep you well informed of the status of the order too. I chose to pick my parcel up at an Evri pick up point. I’m happy.

Awful I am a customer of many years 25…
Awful I am a customer of many years 25 I think and paid £89 for order and should have received free gift if you spent £80 never received mine complained and nothing you can do which is awful as still advertising same fee gift won’t shop with espa again and will tell anyone who asks
