Bought Christmas Lights online on Saturday, received an email on Tuesday saying I had cancelled the order, sent an email to customer services and heard nothing, thankfully received a refund out of the blue. Wish I’d read the other reviews and avoided this company.

I received one of my orders and part of the item was missing, and I have not received my other order at all. I’ve emailed this company multiple times and they have ignored every single message. Not even a basic acknowledgment.

This level of customer service is genuinely unacceptable. I’ve paid in full and been left with missing items, missing orders, and absolutely no communication. It feels like once they take your money, they disappear.

I’ve tried repeatedly to give them the chance to put things right, but they clearly have no interest in sorting out their own mistakes. At this point I’m having to consider taking further action because they refuse to respond.

Appalling experience from start to finish. Avoid this company — they do not deliver what you pay for, and they do not respond when things go wrong.

Easy to order our Christmas Lights online. Excellent communication from Essentialsfix regarding delivery. And, the lights (Premier Brand) are wonderful. 10/10!!

Avoid like the plague. This company not only sent my items to an incorrect address. Then demanded I stop the refund process through my bank. As the Online AI system they use is a joke. And virtually impossible to talk to anyone. Even when you go into store your met with (we don't deal with online orders). An absolute joke. When I tried to raise a complaint was met with silence. Yet they still demand I stop asking for a refund with my bank

After a bit of a blip to start with hearing from customer service, they eventually got back to me and were great in that they apologise and rectified the situation. My items came and look good in my garden. Many Thanks

Ordered items, they were cancelled = for some reason. No correspondence so tried customer service. It doesnt exist. Waited ages in chat twice without ever getting a human to help. Still none the wiser why the order was cancelled.

The Bissell Spot & Stain cleaner arrived on Monday, and by Friday, it had already saved my cream carpet after one of my cats was sick on it. What could've been a disaster was handled quickly-Bissell to the rescue again.

Bought Stanley Flip straw 2.0 at the best price I could find, and it arrived right on time with free delivery included.

I ordered some wooden mouldings and I was able to collect my order the next day. Everything was ready and waiting when I arrived. Excellent customer service and would definitely use again. I have already recommended you to various friends and family!

Ordered two bird feeders-everything from purchase to delivery was seamless. Excellent packaging, great pricing, and quick dispatch. Would definitely shop here again.

time waster. never post the item and refund after 2 weeks. phone no answer and no replay email .

After ordering my item on the 18th November and after hearing nothing for a week I started to email them daily, no replies, phoned them numerous times (no answer) then after 10 days I receive an email saying status of order cancelled, no explanation, no apology and no mention of a refund, this is the worst company I have ever had to deal with, I do not know how they stay in business, so now I start my daily emails to demand the money back that they have sat on for 10 days so far, please do not use this company

Easy ordering - Great price. - Great quality dishes, exactly what I was looking for.
On arrival some dishes were broken in transit. They were immediately replaced. The communication was excellent as was the resolution.
I would recommend Essentialfix,as a family company it requires support from returning customers,which I certainly shall be.
