If you're lucky enough to visit when Russell, the manager, is on the desk, you'll receive competent, professional customer service. Unfortunately, I wasn't so lucky on my last visit.

I felt there was a weak attempt to make me feel small for purchasing my tyres through ASDA. After the fitting, I phoned with a simple query, but before listening to what I had to say, the manager accused me of using bad language and tried to end the call. I had not used any bad language. Despite this, he refused to apologise.

I also found the organisation to be chaotic. Fortunately, there are plenty of other tyre fitters in the area, so I won't be returning.

I took my car to the Cinderford branch, Perry's, a week ago to have a check on a tyre, as it kept losing pressure. They couldn't find anything wrong at first and said it may be the sensor. Took it back today as the problem was still evident. They did another check and found a pin size puncture, so repaired it there and then. Neither visit cost me anything. The staff down at Perry's are brilliant. Polite, courteous and extremely efficient. I'd recommend them to anyone. Great service. Perry's ETB.....Easily The Best.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from ETB (Winchester branch).

I initially booked my car for a straightforward brake disc replacement. During this visit, the team broke my locking wheel nut key and asked me to source a replacement myself, with a promise to reimburse me.

It then took 3 weeks for me to get a replacement which I had to organise myself causing a significant delay. When I returned I was told the new key only worked on some wheels and they could not complete the work. I was then advised to replace all locking wheel nuts at my own cost.

I took my car to another garage, who confirmed the locking wheel nut key had been damaged/altered and did not work properly at all. They had to manually remove the bolts and replace them, costing me an additional £120 on top of the £45 I had already spent.

What should have been a simple job turned into weeks of inconvenience, extra cost, and stress — made worse by the fact I am heavily pregnant and needed this resolved weeks earlier.

Although the branch agreed to reimburse the original key, they have refused to take responsibility for the additional costs and have since stopped responding to me, despite me escalating this to head office.

Overall, very poor service, lack of accountability, and extremely frustrating to deal with. I would not recommend.

Poor communication got nearly everything wrong ended up with tyres I did not order or want and without the warranty that I. Ordered exspensive tyres to get will not be back or recommend to anyone I know

Spoke to the garage in the morning and seemed really helpful over the phone, I needed a replacement tyre on our work van when we got there in person we was met with attitude, especially from the bald fella…..wouldn’t recommend….

I’ve been going to EBT Bristol filton branch since the days it used to be Britannia Tyres. Name changed but people pretty much stayed the same and work carried on as usual. I normally go there for suspension work/tyres/alingment/exhaust that sort of work. And service has been flawless. There is no appointment system as such but wait times have always been very reasonable 20-30 mins max. I recently went there and to my surprised they have started MaoT work. Car part is full of cars and mind you it’s not the biggest of car parks and it was full. I walked in to get a balancing done and I waited 4 hours!! Just to get two wheels balance that’s how long I had to wait. Receptionist was stretched thin as there was queue of customers waiting and phones were going off. Just one person doing all front of house. Back in the days there were at least two at all times. I think they have massively miscalculated the extra work they be taking on and the staff to cover it all. Right in front of me a woman walked out as she was told it will take two hours for her car to be done and when she arrived her car wasn’t even in the garage. She took her keys and walked out. After having a chat with receptionist she said they had few mechanics off, which again does point towards lack of management. This seems like a classic example of greed. You had a very successful business and I was a regular, you guys manage to take away one think I loved about this shop, quick in and out. And replaced it with complete chaos. Hope someone from head office sees this and either give this shop twice the number of people, which it needs or just go back to where they were.

ETB in Trostre, Llanelli. Excellent service. The guys definitely won't rip you off. They're a lovely bunch. Very helpful when it comes to answering questions and explaining things. Don't treat you like a dumb female. Highly recommended.

My appointment was cancelled three times due to understaffing at the Witney garage. After two months of repeated rescheduling and wasted time, I ended up going to a different garage instead.

I was booked in for an MOT in a different garage, and I’ve left it to the last moment to get a tire fitted because it would’ve failed my Mot.
On the of chance I stopped at ETB and just enquired about prices, couldn’t leave how cheap it was for a Knightstone tyre.
Kev assisted me with tire size and also said to me about my other front tire being barely legal limit. Absolutely amazing and both tyres fitted there and then less than 15 minutes!!!!
So I made it to my MOT on time, absolutely outstanding service prices knowledge.
Kev was super super amazing, so knowledgeable and friendly customer service skills ill definitely coming back here for all my future MOT’s tires anything!! Top class

Was booked in for discs and pads all round this morning. I arrived at 8am and the job was done by 9am.
The staff are very friendly as well, I’d highly recommend them.

I spent over £1000 on new brakes, (shoes, disks, pads and handbrake cable.) Over 8 times the car was taken back to be fixed as the brakes still weren’t working as they should, I raised a complaint 3 times to the main head office who said they couldn’t deal with the complaint over the phone and I had to email them through the complaints system which I did and I had no response or acknowledgement from this company,
I had another mechanic in a different garage look at it and have been told that none of the parts I paid for were ever actually replaced as they all need replacing now and would not have worn down in that amount of time, hence why there was no improvement in the brakes I’m fuming!! Do not trust this company at all. They rip you off and you pay for things they don't do!!

I definitely receive a five star service every visit when I go to ETB Bude and have great confidence when I entrust my car to them.
Service, MOT and replacement tyres needed this time around on a used car I hadn’t owned long.
There was an issue with one new tyre after fitting which was absolutely nobodies fault and it was replaced without quibble and attended to immediately.
The staff are just fantastic and offer the best advice. They provide their best professional expertise and do exactly what needs attending to on your vehicle. I was kept up to date by polite mechanics and Tracey who helped me to find tyres after my choice of tyre wasn’t readily available in the size I needed. I came out with all seasons. I’m very pleased with the alternative tyres and they offer an extra peace of mind for all year motoring too.

I highly recommend them without any reservations whatsoever.

Went online Monday morning for a double tyre change, so many places with a 3 day wait, not only did ETB fit me in that morning I was there within an hour and less than 30 minutes after that Jamie who was polite and personable when I dropped the car off was back on the phone telling me it was all done and ready to pick up, which was amazing as when I dropped it off all the bays were full. Also the Bridgestones that they put on were the best priced I could find with the discount code. I will be back.

2 tyres fitted to brand new bmw alloys, both damaged on fitting, had my car for 5 days and wheels came back reconditioned, tyre going down when I picked car up causing damage and leaving new tyre unusable, company not interested as they state it was down to the company they used for repair, stay clear if you like your alloys and now have recon wheels and £150 out of pocket using another company, will never use etb tyres again.

Fishponds, Bristol garage .. always provided me with a brilliant, friendly, professional service. Today was no exception. Highly recommended.
