Kian K - Helped resolve an issue with my email server and compromised passwords. Located the IP that was compromising our account and blocked it. I was completely baffled by the issue and he explained why and what has happened and helped me resolve the issue. This guy educated me and I know why these issues happen. hats off to him. Prompt help when needed
Excellent support from Naomi Marshall.
Several of my servers failed to come back online following scheduled Windows updates and reboots. Naomi quickly investigated the issue, identified that the boot order had unexpectedly changed, and worked through each affected server until they were all back online.
She kept me updated throughout, checked each server individually, and remained calm, professional, and helpful from start to finish. The response was prompt, the communication was clear, and the issue was resolved efficiently.

Great support for a techno dumbo!
Being the techno idiot I am, I needed to be handheld through the process of installing six different email accounts onto my new computer. I was lucky to connect with Ujwal Pande, a man who's professionalism, knowledge and clear instruction were only matched by his infinite patience. At every step, he was on what to do next - even when things didn't go perfectly (99% because of pilot error on my part). I could not recommend him more highly. Oh and we had a few laughs on the way, too!
