I've been dealing with a few very complex back end challenges in the last week. The reps at EUKHost are always very polite and helpful. Efficient service from Sammy M at eukhost (as always)
I have been a customer of eukhost for a number of years and have found them to be incredibly good at responding to the odd troubleshooting issue I've had over the years.
This week was up to the same usual standards. My email had been blocked (a good sign, as they are also proactive at cyber security!) and my call via the web chat was answered within about 30 seconds, and resolved within about 2 minutes by Sammy M.
I really can't ask for a more efficient service!

Review on the migration process
I've been a customer of eUKhost for a number of years, and I've always been very happy with their service.
Because of the size of my site, I was starting to go over the limits for the type of service, and I didn't realise that this was why it was becoming more difficult to manage. I discussed with Support on what to do next. And so started the migration project to the hyperslice service.
With one support ticket open to go through everything, my site was migration from the Linux Basic Service to Hyperslice.
The support team who worked on this :Kaushal, Steve, Sammy & Nikhil were just some of the team, were all very good.
My reason for 4 stars however, is that I felt that the sales side didn't quite tell me everything that I was letting myself in for with Hyperslice. My understanding what that it would be a 'lift and shift' and I would just carry on as I have been. But it wasn't like that and there were many things, that as a non-technical person I just didn't get.
I would recommend that anyone doing a migration like this make sure they ask loads of questions. It would also be good if there was a blog post or similar to explain the finer details.
Even so, yet again, another great support from eUKhost. More than happy to recommend them.
