Contacted support today on live chat.
No bot - straight through to a human. I was chatting with Nikhil within 2 mins of opening the chat.
There wasn't anything wrong, I just wanted to make a change to something but didn't know how.
I explained what I wanted to do and asked if it could be done. He asked me to hold on.
I thought he had gone to find out.
Came back 2 mins later and said check now. Instead of explaining how to do it, he'd gone ahead and done it for me.
