I had a great experience with the service by Poppy A.
I had a great experience with the customer support service. I contacted them because my domains had been suspended, and Poppy A was very helpful, attentive and patient throughout the process. He/She took the time to assist me and made sure my questions and concerns were addressed properly.
Thanks to his/her help, two out of my three domains were up and working again straight away. I am currently waiting for the remaining domain to be fully restored while the system changes propagate.
