It took nearly 4 hours from the time of…
It took nearly 4 hours from the time of the call for roadside assistance until the recovery arrived. He couldn’t find the problem, which I don’t blame him for so had to tow my car. The waiting time was ridiculous especially since I needed to be at work.

I asked for my ‘automatic’ renewal to be cancelled before the renewal data. But you have still deducted the premium from my account. Can you please arrange to refund this payment as soon as possible.

Would have liked a heads up before renewing policy and taking money
Can't comment on the cover as I've not had to claim, however I didn't appreciate them taking my next year's cover without actually telling me it was due.
They took the money before they sent an email saying thanks for signing up for another year.
I didn't even know it was due and would have preferred them telling me so I could shop around.
I know this avoids forgetting to arrange cover but it's a bit underhanded.

I was given clear instructions on how to purchase the insurance. The conditions were also clearly explained. The process was made easy and took little time to complete.
I was a little concerned afterwards having given my card details to another person, but I am sure you vet staff for these positions and only employ those who are trustworthy.
