The application for insurance is very easy and exclusive. You need to enter each item that is being insured with a rough value and serial number if possible.
I found the process quick and easy to complete.
The price was very competitive and the service was friendly and competitive.

My husband still on claims tel number 03456049860. Now 12.05, been holding since 10.15. Rubbish so called customer care, and telling him repeatedly how important his call is to you..... Invest in more calls advisors to prove it. Still not connected to an advisor. His only other option is to email yourselves. Paying yourselves £110 annually and when need your help you are not there. We have never made a claim with you before.

Difficulty logging in. Help centre struggled to get me sorted out. I understand the website is reasonably new, surely it should have been thoroughly tested before being released.

Your product is good, but telephone renewal was desperately slow (trainee member of staff?) And my card was debited in error with a £10 charge, which I'm told will be refunded, but this has not yet happened.
