Overall a really good service . Staff at Eversure are always excellent with customer service as are the Davies group who deal with claims.

Have used Eversure for years but can no longer talk to them on the phone.
Have used Eversure for years and have always been able to talk to somebody on the phone. Now however they have gone digital and you have to use email and they say you should get an answer in 2 days. They also offer “live chat” but if they are busy they remove that option as well. If I have this hassle just trying get changes made prior to renewal I dread to think what it might be like if I have a claim to make. So sadly I shall be looking elsewhere for a company that I can talk to on a phone even if I have to wait a while.
Having written the above with a 1 star rating I had a reply to my email within a few hours and then their response below offering a phone number so In view of this and their competitive quote I have decided to give them another chance and amended my rating accordingly.

Obviously you can only really rate an insurance company if you are unfortunate enough to have to claim. Having said that, the initial purchase and ongoing renewals with Eversure are quick and easy. Price to insure all of my photography gear and for professional indemnity cover is good. Exclusion for drones means I have to have this under separate cover but no other issues.

Renewing policy
Tried online chat but tbh found tge idea of waiting ages off putting - so telephoned and spoke to Scarlet who made the changes to our policy as we have sold bikes and needed them deleted and bought different ones to be added. All done about 10 minute with a new quote which was an acceptable price

Tyrone was very professional and helpful on the phone. Quick and easy process. Hopefully I won’t ever have to claim but seems all avenues are protected with accidental loss/damage as well as theft. Would recommend.
