I waited about a month to receive my order and I wake up with a message that it was canceled for some strange reason. DISAPPOINTING!!!!

I purchased a resealed product from evoMAG, advertised as being “carefully inspected before resale.” Unfortunately, the reality was quite different. The product was defective, and the staff seemed uninterested in the actual quality of the inspections. Part of the blame falls on me for not testing it on the spot, but this does not excuse their lack of professionalism. I’m left with the loss and disappointment. I do not recommend evoMAG, especially when there are better options available on the market.

Rog pe toata lumea sa se gandeasca de doua ori innainte de a face o comanda la voi....chiar daca n.ar fi vina voastra ca magazin...e totusi problema voastra ca aveti incredere intr.un curier care aduce cutii goale in locul produselor fiind puse nimicuri.....Ma intreb ...cum va permiteti sa.mi trimiteti fel si fel de oferte prin email...cand stiti foarte bine ca mi.ati trimis o cutie goala in loc de aspirator...nu prezentati incredere...nu vad de ce ma mai deranjati...

I do not recommend this store. I ordered an expensive product from EvoMAG last Sunday because it said it will be delivered in a few days. I called them on Tuesday asking if they're sure they will deliver it by Friday and they said that it will most probably arrive early next week. I asked if I can come and pick it up myself so that we save some time and they said that if I do that I should have it this week. They changed the order to personal pick-up. I called again on Friday to confirm I'll be able to drive to the showroom to pick it up and they said it still didn't arrive in the showroom. I now cancelled my order, let's see when I get my money back. Needless to say, I'll never order from them again.

Am comandat și plătit un monitor de la ei care era pe stoc, iar a doua zi, după ceva timp, am primit mail ca mi-au anulat comanda pentru ca produsul nu este pe stoc.

M-am uitat puțin mai tarziu și produsul era pe stoc, numai ca avea prețul mai mare. Nu recomand. Mai bine dai 100-200 lei în plus și iei de pe emag.

The order placed was was cancelled after 3 weeks. Morover, they have took the money for it and said it's the bank that should return it. Awful experience with them and would not recommend buying from them

Au respins returul pentru un produs defect,nu a funcționat din prima deloc.Judecand dupa ambalajul cu care a venit,produsul pe care l-am primit a provenit din alt retur.Am ramas cu banii luati.Serviciu clienti zero, evitați maxim

I would rate this company -100, I ordere a brand new TV whicj came with the whole display broken. This was not visible upon initial inspection, as the external layer protecting the screen was hiding this.
Only when I plugged in the TV and the panel lit up, I was able to see the damage; the courier wss long gone, so could not do anything to return it.
I brought the TV to Evomag's service and they charged me the full amount and more, the initial TV price was 2300RON ( 570 euro ) and they asked 3200 RON ( 640 euro ) for a refurbished panel. I am going to court with them to resolve this.
Please avoid this miserable company if you don't want to go through this

Bătaie de joc!!! După zile întregi de așteptat o comandă, mi se spune la telefon că nu mi se poate garanta nici măcar acel termen. Adică eu pot aștepta ca proasta după un ventilator o lună ca la final să mi se spună " Nu vă mai putem livra produsul că x motiv". PE BUNEEEEE? VĂ BATEȚI JOC? PĂI PUTEAM SĂ ÎMI IAU DIN ALTĂ PARTE, DACĂ ȘTIAM, DAR NU, VOI LĂSAȚI OMUL SĂ AȘTEPTE CA FRAIERUL!!! The order was delivered late (18 days instead of 14), but they to he supportive after many phonecalls and emails.

Ok, so I notice from other reviews that people complain that orders are difficult to arrive. Indeed, I also placed an order and even today, after 2 weeks of waiting, they failed to send the order. They took the money and that's it. I ordered through emag. The most unreliable company = evoMAG. Why does the product still exist on emag if you have it in stock? Listen to them, after they have it available on emag, you place the order and then they also place the order for the product. Probably from China, who knows. I would give 0 stars for evoMAG

cel mai slab magazin online, nu cumparati!!!!!

Bought a Dualtron Bluetran Lightning electric scooter from them, a brake line failed at not even 700km on the odo, they vehemently refused to fix it on the warranty as they're we're supposed to and wanted to charge me for all the parts and manual work like the warranty was non existent, AVOID!

Nu recomand!!! Am dat comanda de un telefon de peste 4000 lei si nici dupa o saptamana nu a ajuns! Mai mult, nici nu mi s-a mai raspuns la ultimele e-mailuri. Comunicarea cu clientul este total proasta. In concluzie am anulat comanda si imi iau din alta parte. Nu recomand!!!

Un magazin de HOTI.
Am comandat un aragaz si mi-a venit plin de defecte de fabricatie: defect de vopsire vizibil, smaltul sarit la gratare si fara surub de prindere la usa.
In urma sesizarii am primit raspuns ca sunt defecte de la transport iar vina este a mea ca nu am verificat.

Odered a phone from them as a birthday gift for someone. I placed the order 3 days ahead the birthday thinking its enough time for them to deliver. I was wrong! Not only they did not deliver the order but they had no intention to update me about the timeline of the delivery. When I called them they said it would take 3-5 business days to deliver. 5 business days passed still no delivery. Wrote a complaint to their customer care and (surprisingly) got a call next day from them to tell me not only that they won't deliver within those 5 business days but they'll need 4 more business days.
Now reading that they use to sell refurbished phones from China I cannot help thinking that they need this much time to fulfill a stinking local order just for that: bring the refurbished phone from China... I think I should cancel the order just to be safe...
Anyway based on my experience with them I'd say they should be avoided especially that there are quite a few safer alternatives out there.

Simplu, mizerabil! Am fost anuntat ca produsele (deja intarziate 2 saptamani) pot fi ridicate din Showroom insa odata ajuns acolo, acesta este inchis pentru "inventar" neanuntat nici in email-ul sau in SMS-ul primit cu o zi inainte! Nu raspund la telefon! Ultima experienta cu acest magazin. Bataie de joc! De evitat!

SCAM, if u have problem with the product(its not working as it should) they wont respond. ZERO customer service.

Avoid this site! I ordered 5 days ago a printer that does not have all the accessories, only after unsealing it I noticed the surprise when returning it, nothing can be done because I exceeded the 3 days of return, I did not receive an email even when requesting the cable is missing only because it is on the legal entity! For a legal person, they have absolutely aberrant conditions and insult any shred of intelligence. I will NEVER make the mistake of ordering from them again. It's not worth the stress and nerves caused for 100 lei cheaper than elsewhere! That's what they're betting on, for a slightly lower price and you're hooked, you can't do anything afterwards!

Evitați acest site! Am comandat acum 5 zile o imprimanta care nu are toate accesoriile, numai după ce am desigilat-o am observat si la retur surpriza, nu se mai poate face nimic pentru ca am depășit cele 3 zile de retur, nu am primit mail nici la solicitarea cablului lipsa doar pentru faptul ca este pe persoana juridică! Pentru pers juridică au niște condiții absolut aberante si insulta orice fărâmă de inteligență. Nu mai fac greșeala sa comand de la ei NICIODATA. Nu merita stresul si nervii cauzați pentru 100 lei mai ieftin decât in alta parte! Pe asta si mizează ei, pe preț puțin mai mic si ești agățat, nu mai poți face nimic ulterior!
