Excel activity Group Avis 

We had a nerf party held by a venue we know well and have had parties at before I booked through our local venue app the price displayed at £220 I was sent an invoice days before the party for £490 taking away the £50 deposit I had already paid if payment wasn’t made that day the party would be cancelled so I paid it but instantly disputed the price I said I do not want the party cancelled but it was misleading and I wanted the price honoured which was on my confirmation email and I was called within minutes of my email a voicemail left saying that we can go ahead and cancel the party. I couldn’t break my son’s heart so I said the party will go ahead and I will revisit after. The party was awful, embarrassing actually it was held on a public grass not a pitch which was advertised. “Unlimited ammo” but the game play stopped every 5 minutes to pick up bullets. I was then told later in an email we could have had more bullets… for more money obviously. It started late by 15 minutes children wandered off bored and then coaching stopped and children began fighting the coach stopped doing anything so all party guest parents had to intervene to gain control. There was three inflatable cubes and an inflatable tank the quality was poor and frankly I could have bought it all myself for the same price. When I came back to both the venue and excel I was told firstly by excel that no partial refund would be offered even though it was double the original price I was given and the quality was awful. When excel investigated they told me that on cctv they have found the party started on time and a pitch was used. After 7 emails regarding access requests I was then given an apology for the false timeline and there was actually no cctv at all covering the pitches so in conclusion they are money grabbing and a poor quality party organisers oh and complete liars. In the end they offered a £200 refund after a month of battling it out and threatening legal action frankly it wasn’t even worth the £220 originally quoted.

Our experience was absolutely fantastic from enquiring about the party to the actual party, the 10th bday of our son.
We had Lee organising everything for us. He helped us build the event and helped us to find a venue. Many things have happened during our booking, unexpected changes of the venue, changes of activities. He dealt with everything with patience, understanding and made sure everything was as it needed to be.
Then on the big day, Marcus was absolutely amazing! Even got parents involved. Everyone had a blast! Top guy running a top day! Both kids and parents enjoyed themselves and it was just perfect. Handled everyone and looked after everyone with a smile and making sure all the way everyone and everything was having a great time.

Appalling!
We were mis-sold a nerf party - they are only outside in summer we learned, though this is nowhere stated when you fill out the booking form and commit - customer service have no comment on this. We paid £285 (for 1 hour) for bullets blowing in the wind, the inflatable boulders were blowing all over the pitch we shared with 2 other groups, 1 of which stole one of them and vandalised it. The boulders could not have the camo netting over 'as it would blow away' ...what a joke. Customer service deny all responsibilty. For us, a very bad experience all round.

i worked for this company for a day , very badly orgised when i worked for them this day , received a call on the thrusday to to do some jobs on the saturday then said could i do a event friday , the next moring im receing message on whats app from one of there customer , they had given my number out before me evan working for them with out asking me
i turned up had a ten minute training and given the jobs to do with the one that day to do was 1,5 hours away which i did not know would be so far away to i got there so i ended up being late and was very stressed as i had very liltte training what to do apart from this quick prep 10 min talk , the they refused to pay me for this event due to compliant and trying to blame me and they took no responalbilty how badly run on tis day . i all so told some time the parents go home which mesnt you would be alne with the children and no DBS checks or safe guarding training was done

I arranged a Bubble football party for my son’s 11th Birthday. It was so easy to book and Laura was amazing, so helpful and efficient.
We were also lucky to have Trevor as our host / coach. He was fantastic with the kids and kept them engaged and excited
Would definitely recommend and book through them again.

Today we had a nerf gun party for my Son's 6th birthday party. It was great fun. The hostess was amazing with the kids. I would definitely recommend this party experience.

Liam made our morning such a great experience. Some of us were abit apprehensive and he made it the best session. We laughed, got super competitive and had a great time. The games were great and it was referred and planned perfectly for us. Thanks so so much.

What a day! Had an amazing experience from booking until the event. Liam was amazing, he read the group's energy and we were laughing all though the event. The games were so fun and everyone left with a smile. There was no pressure and the group join in were they felt comfortable, great for all ages.

We booked Bubble Football for two weeks activities, the children had a fantastic time, they loved it.
Fantastic friendly staff, who made the experience brilliant.

When 20 of us turned up for our Olympic Shames activity, I’m not sure our instructor Matt knew what had hit him!
In two teams, Matt expertly led us through the most fun activities that everyone could take part in from 30-70 year olds. Suitable for all abilities as long as you have a sense of humour!
We laughed about our antic’s for days!

We had an amazing Dodgeball experience with Liam! He went out of his way to be accommodating to the group and put up with the fact that long, long minutes passed by without anyone actually throwing a ball! He was funny, attentive and we all unanimously agreed that he made the experience!

Olympic Shames was a great activity for a hen party. It was easy to book, great price and correspondence was great. Our host- Liam was awesome, he made sure we had the best time with lots of laughter. Games were suitable for all ages and abilities and no pressure to take part. Liam made sure our hen was also centre of all activities- which she loved. We would certainly recommend this for groups of women who want a laugh for a solid hour. Thanks Liam, this was a great activity for our hen party.

Liam was brilliant and so much fun! The kids all loved the party and he had them eating out of his hand. He was so organised and kept the activities coming so they never got bored! Very happy parents here!

Booked the Bubble Football for my brother’s stag do and it was an absolutely brilliant experience. The administration and organisation from the Excel Activity Group was exceptional, very responsive and our coordinator for the Bubble Football, Liam, was excellent - he read the vibe of the stag do very well and coordinated the activity really well!! Would 100% recommend it for stag dos, or if you love football.

We came for my sisters hen party as a group of 14. We got a message the day before we arrived to let us know what to do/bring.
When we got there it was super organised, Liam was friendly and got us pumped from the get go, joined in in our competitive banter and kept the energy levels high. Even as a mixed age and ability group we all had fun! Deffo recommend.

We booked the zorb football for a hen party. We had a great laugh. William our host was helpful and friendly. It’s very physical and good fun!

I’m very disappointed with this company’s organization of bubble football party for my son’s 7th birthday. To start with, after the booking was confirmed, communication became poor. Two days before the event, I’ve finally received a text with the host’s name (I was warned that I can’t call them in advance, only text) , but on the day of the party, he was replaced. The replacement hosts, two very young men, arrived late, leaving us to entertain the children for at least half an hour. They clearly lacked experience in both setting up the equipment and managing the children. Cones were missing, bubbles were in heavily worn condition, and two of them were out of order and never inflated. After a brief introduction, there were no organized games or supervision; we had to intervene to keep the children safe and reassured. Most kids still had lots of fun rolling and fighting with the bubbles, but the organization was terrible. I do not recommend this company.

For My daughter’s 13th birthday we booked a bubble football party with Excel activity group. Liam was our event coordinator, who from start to finish was absolutely amazing .
Liam set everything up before hand and then introduced himself to the girls and ran through all the health and safety rules. Because there was a large group Liam organised a football tournament which ended up as knockouts. All girls had so much fun there was lots of laughter and it was great to watch. Liam was very professional and had a great sense of humour with the girls, which they responded well to. Let’s face it ,it’s probably not easy keeping 20 teenagers all engaged , which he did with ease .
I would highly recommend Excel activity group and cannot recommend Liam enough . I had a lot of feedback from the other parents saying that their children had so much fun. So Thankyou from everyone.

Brilliant day out, Matt was a great host. Thoroughly recommend for a big group laughing for a laugh!

We booked the old day sports day and he setup at our hen-house which we'd booked for a long weekend. Luckily the weather was in our favour and we were able to bring the boombox outside which made for a good vibe.
