I placed my order May 24th it is now June 22nd it is only a very small item so why is it taking so long will not be using this firm again

Order only partially delivered although claimed order complete.Only one tub of the ordered two…
Only one tub of the ordered two Flexicoat delivered. Order and packing paperwork, tracking and Expert Verdict site says order of 2 tubs complete. Courier photo clearly shows one package only enough for one tub delivered.
Tried calling help line all afternoon but recorded message said all agents busy and then cut me off. Friday WFH? E-mailed customer service and received reply within 24hr saying missing product would be within 10 days.
Missing product delivered within stated timescale.
Response from Expert Verdict that enquiry line only open 5 days a week 9am-1pm seems odd when they are available by phone for orders 8am to 10 pm every day - customer service even when the error is theirs evidently a low priority. It is also worth noting that the automated response when calling the enquiry line does not say when the line is open but instead gives the usual fob off that all their agents are busy and then cuts you off.
Yet to try the product as warmer weather needed because of curing issues.

I am sorry that you did not receive your complete order.
After investigating we confirmed both items were meant to be in the same parcel, so there had been a picking error in the warehouse and unfortunately only one was included.
We have raised this to be sent out to you as soon as possible.

products are okay but not the delivery.
products are okay. the delivery was a bad experience. drivers left 3 out of 4 parcels on the doorstep and just left. don't like Evri service. apart from one driver named Jamie he delivered the 4th product correctly.

An exhorbitant price for a useless piece of plastic
If there as a minus rating that is what I would give for a useless expensive piece of plastic sold under the guise of an Air Pump Drain Blaster.
