I applied for a washing machine and tumble dryer easy application on line great service and got what I expected and great price happy I went with them

I needed a tv quickly as mine had broken and to buy new are so expensive these days but this company and customer services sorted me out a brand new 43 inch tv with easy understanding application and fast delivery, extremely professional and very helpful team who dealt with me , so cheap to rent too ,

After a problem with my fridge express exchanged it no problem and was very polite and professional 😀

Great experience from start to finish and always able to keep up to date with the process of the application.
Product arrived quickly but be aware of delivery company as they item was not handed to me as per delivery instructions as I was not in as the delivery was not within the specified time.

I know a lot of people don't like hire products, but I have just moved into my new home with my children and its peace of mind to know haven't got to worry about faulty or paying all upfront for a new one and I know any problems they will come sort it so we are never without 🙂

I currently have the washer dryer bundle and getting the 60cm electric cooker tuesday 🙂

Because these people listened, emailed me back and we're generally helpful.

Was good the only thing I wasn’t pleased about is I asked for the delivery on the Monday but the week before delivery company had picked it up on the Wednesday said was delivering on the Thursday I wasn’t going to be in on the Thursday so I arranged it for the Friday where I could be in they then proceeded to deliver on a Thursday but to a neighbour who wasn’t even in my building I had to come out my building into another set of flats carry it from there down the street and up two flights of stairs but apart from that, everything else has been spot-on

Phone I received developed a fault the phone was sent back repaired and returned in just over 7 days. I was kept informed of every step of the repair and yhe phone seems fine now thank you

They keep asking for more payment too continue my application i already paid the money and emailed them that ive paid but they keep sending the same email very very disapointed as have got other items bad bad atm wont recomnd

Today Michael and kennnan came in to my house, very polite lads , who explained everything on the phone call to me as I’m was not able to be at home. Very professional.

Turns out your paying £100s of £s to just rent an appliance that has to be returned what an absolute joke & waste of time. Customer service is very rude also

Boys could not do enough to help. It was not a straight forward instalation and they went out of their way to ensure I was left with a working machine.
