Had a great experience from start to finish & the delivery staff were amazing and friendly great customer service. Overall a great experience

So far so good, my order was delivered within a few days it wasn’t left but that was ultimately my fault as I didn’t have proof of d.o.b. But after contacting them back mt delivery was rebooked and again within a few days and the response to my email was in seconds not even minutes so fantastic customer service, so as I say so far they have been amazing I’ll update once I receive the product and I’ll hopefully be saying even more positive reviews

I have been with express appliances for over a year now and have had a really good experience. Great customer service and friendly. Only downside for me is that because of the area I’m in I’m not able to rent the big appliances such as cooker or fridges because there is no delivery in my catchment area, I am hoping one day it becomes available in my area, but I am able to rent smaller items such as phones, lap tops and some tvs and overall have had a good experience and will definitely recommend to others

This service is over priced and goods are shoddy! I have been rent because I had to finish the year with them the tumble dryer I was dented and old. It broke within 10 weeks and I had no choice to carry on paying for the 12 months. Staff are rude when ringing up for help with repairs also. I had an appointment for a repair in the early days and no one showed up so I gave up. Once this goes back I will never use them again nor will I recommend. It’s over priced tat that’s at the end of its life. Stay clear!!

We're do I start, First the lady on the phone Absolutely as rude as anything Has no people skills whatsoever. Secondly I rent a washing machine, Dishwasher And a fridge freezer nothing ever matches all different colours they never come clean always dirty and full of dents and charge 90 pound a month for this, and best of all put the price up with out telling you and try and tell me they have sent an email so full of sh.t Why an increase There's no running costs for them To supply me We pay over the top anyway, would I Recommend them No not a chance My advice would be Save the money And go and buy a new one yourself They rent you second and rubbish

Customer Service Brilliant. Delivery staff bit hit and miss My Fridge Freezer still Rockin .I would like to see incentives/discounts for multiple rentals, or options to upgrade especially TV's after qualifying period. I would not hesitate to recommend

I have rented a washing machine with them for many years, they are a great company, fantastic customer service, anytime I’ve had a issue with the machine they have been fantastic at sorting out a replacement machine within a few days to a week maximum. Very satisfied customer 😆

I have been renting for 18 months and rent a Washing machine, chest freezer and dishwasher excellent service from start to install.
Prices are aggreable.
Washing machine broke rang them and had another installed within a week, down to earth and easy to talk too.
Would highly recommend.

My dryer not working

Washing machine constantly going wrong last time the 2 who delivered was so rude that they had to come to me again had me in tears !!!!! Do not recommend at all and when I put complaint in there attitude wasn’t any better can’t remember exact date

Always had good experiences but recently 7 attempts to provide a tumble dryer that works is not acceptable - Customer service though are great and efficient, very responsive.

Just need to maybe invest in some tumble dryers that work

Came over to from Hughes rental wish I had brought new cooker know stuck in contract for two years with second hand cook which came dirty inside and all round inside edges of cooker and no rubber sill in cooker door not happy at all got told book engner appointment for what also rapid ring fully come on but only half elements work on remaining rings

Very helpful wjen my machine broke down come out n fixed it straight away

Products ok freezer arrived damaged would not replace offered discount on rental could be a better service.

Excellent service can't fault it saved my life I have two items and working well
