Extreme Spec Avis 101

After 2 months have not received my phone case, communication from EXTREME has been 2 responses to 12 emails. One claimed it shipped followed by an apology for delay and 4 weeks later no further responses.

I paid $69.99 for a case that was misrepresented. It is basically a case with a plastic cover.
DO NOT purchase anything from this company. Their products are a scam.

Wish I could give zero star. I am a victim of fraud. Ordered and paid $99 back in December and never received phone case. Contacting customer service was vague and problem not addressed in brief response. More attempts were met with no response. Don’t be fooled by the awesome ad presentation. They hook you, get your money and disappear

So happy with this case! I was a bit unsure ordering online, but it’s honestly perfect. The fit is spot on, it feels really good in your hand, and it actually protects the phone without making it feel chunky.

The design looks great, I’ve already had a couple of people ask where I got it from. Delivery was quick and everything was packaged nicely too.

Definitely a great find. I’d happily order from them again.

Ordered a $99 phone case on December 30, order# 67828, there website states delivery 3-5 days, Sent 3 emails, no response, tried calling, no answer, save your money and time, shop somewhere else.

I ordered a case on Dec. 13, 2025. I haven't received any further communication other than an order received email. They haven't responded to an email. Phone calls go to a voice mail system and no one calls back. At this point it seems like a $69 mistake to a fraudulent company.

7/9/25 to Klarna I paid $99.99 plus tax for the Titan case for my 17 promax iPhone to Extreme-Spec /I still have not received the case. Klarna has paid them all of the money and Refuses to return my money because I can’t prove to them that I did not receive the item. I have been given a phone number for them. They don’t answer I have sent I know 50 emails and they won’t answer I think that someone or a group should bring a lawsuit to get them because at $99 or should we say $100 a pop they’ve made quite a bit of money off of us and the exact same case is being advertised on Temu for $27 who knows if it’s the same thing it looks just like it but for me that’s way too much money to lose and Klarna absolutely refuses to help me at all. If anyone has gotten through to them and had them reply, please post their email phone number or anything so I will be glad to bombard them with continuous emails.And complaints

They do not respond to emails. No way to track the product. I’m sorry already I bought it. Reviews are showing it’s a flimsy product just flash and dash type.

No protection for camera lens as the lens lies flat on any surface. Zero customer service despite numerous attempts to contact them for a return by using the “Contact” button. Then the company claimed quite the opposite. I do not trust this company at all.

Dreadful. I'd go for no stars if it were an option. Nonexistent customer service - ignores or rejects incoming emails. Obtained my personal information from somewhere without my permission and I'm still trying to find a complete picture of what gfeg have.

Steer well clear.

I never received my phone case and its been 45 days so far. They have zero customer support. Will never purchase from them again.

Can you have zero stars? This company is a scam, sent the wrong iPhone case, won't follow up on emails, Phone# doesn't work. AVOID

I ordered the Titan ($99.99) case for my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and it's quality that I expected. However, the glass is so thick that it disabled my fingerprint reader. I even disabled the accidental touch feature on my phone to no avail. Wish I could've kept it. Gave it to an Uncle.It also took 20 days to be delivered.

1st of all, free express shipping is a lie. It takes a long time to arrive. The case arrived, and when I peeled off the screen protector it left a circle on the glass that was not clear. It had glue or something faulty on it so the screen looked crap. And no matter what I tried I couldn't get the circle off. Threw it in the trash. What a rip off.

I ordered a cell phone case & that was almost a month ago. The number goes to a voice mail & left messages & no one EVER answer the phone, no replies from emails.
The offer of express shipping for free less then 2 weeks & i see others got thiers in a week, come on man.
Now i have to call my bank & notify them this is a maybe a possible online fraud. I'm not hearing back from extreme-specs. Last email in status of my order.
I've found the FTC & online complaints & a list of sites to file, now the time spent cause of this headache. Shop at your own risk.
Update: Still nothing received so out a $100 & plus $50 for international calls. Lol,Extreme-specs is a scam in birmingham, england and I'll never buy anything from there ever again.

idk what happened, but I made a purchase with affirm for a phone case, a pair of headphones, & a screen protector. 4 weeks later I still haven't received anything. nor response from them either. I am now probably am going to have to pay affirm off for something I didn't get.

I ordered a Samsung case from this business, shipping time was longer than expected but the case is actually really good quality and definitely worth the investment.

I ordered an iPhone case on the 3rd September I then cancelled the same evening by email and have since sent lots more,but no reply I am going to trading standards regarding this company
