Extreme Spec Avis 101

I ordered a case February 2024. It is too thick. You cannot properly work the Iphone 15 Pro Max. I have sent 2 emails for information on how to return this and get a refund. The company does not respond. The phone number advertised goes straight to voicemail! This company is a SCAM!

I ordered the titan case for iPhone 15 pro max. Case was not what it was advertised to be. First impression I was disappointed in the frame. For the price I expected it to be milled high grade aluminum. It’s simply die cast. There are too many holes for it to be waterproof and the whole of the structure hinders signal reception. I can’t use it where I work which is why I purchased it. Contact information is minimal and numerous other reviews indicate that the company is unresponsive. Definitely not satisfied. I wasted $100.00 and am not going to waste more valuable time trying to get satisfaction from the company. My only hope is that my loss may save someone else from making the same mistake.

They dont respond to emails when requesting a return, the quality of the turbo case is nothing like advertised, 3 emails sent over the course of 2 weeks and no reply.

Absolutely the worst phone case I’ve ever had or scene in my life. The flat rubber pad on the back blew up like a ballon. Didn’t even have the case for 3 months and this happened. Not to mention that these people tried to scam and charge my debit card 3 times for this case to
The point my bank shut my card down because of it, thank god they didn’t get my money. I’ve had phone cases that were $30 that were 10 times better than this scam. For your own sake do not buy this case you’ll regret it in about 3 months.

After a rocky first 2 cases my experience with Extreme has been exceptional.. service, customer care, support and speed of delivery are without a doubt great qualities i look for when dealing with manufacturers of high end quality products, Extreme go beyond what I would expect from a professional company.. highly recommended their products and after sales service.. well done Team Extreme 👍🏽

Ordered titan case for iphone 14 Pro max and the screen saver is smashed, it's meant to be bomb proof......
I have emailed twice as this product is still under warranty as only had since October 2022 but had no response from them. The case wasn't cheap at £69.99 so I would think twice b4 ordering from them. Very poor customer service

Very happy with product. Company are quick and very happy to help.

It's a scam. Check for yourself and save yourself the money.

Their screen protector? Thin film of plastic
Their stain proof tech? smudges with a touch of a finger.
Their drop protection? Non-existent.

Go to Scam Adviser or other scam checking sites. It's a bunch of crap. I lost money on this so you don't have to.

Company made full refund and i got a replacement case as well after a shipping misunderstanding. Customer service was very helpful and followed up. Highly recommended.

I left a poor review previously as after sales looked like they were not going to respond.

However I’m glad to say that they did and went beyond what I was expecting.

Very high quality machine work done on the case! Fitment is superb. Also comes with a lease protector for camera area.

I noticed my case had a few blemishes and I emailed customer support and within minutes Helena responded and took care of a replacement and added a screen protector as well! I really appreciate excellent customer service especially for high ticket products.

The case looks awesome and provides brilliant protection to all elements. Excellent quality and the buttons work well. Extra side grips are handy. Tiny bit slippery at back but not significant. Still a 5 star product!

Placed an order for their Hydro case for my iPhone 14 pro max and received good communications and fast delivery too.
The case itself is well made and completely seals in the phone which is good as I’ve been searching for a good waterproof case for a while now. Overall review is 10/10
