Ordered a phone case wasn't a 360 case as thought so asked if could return in perfect condition said free returns on line looked at their terms and conditions said I had to pay postage which was no problem after a lot of phone calls and emails asking for RMA no reply terrible service please don't use john

Timeline of Events:
30 Apr – Order placed; cancellation request sent immediately by email.
1 & 8 May – Sent follow-up cancellation emails, no response.
10 May – Item arrived anyway, completely wrong product, with no documentation or return address.
10–16 May – Repeated emails and phone attempts, all ignored.

I have filed a complaint with Citizens Advice Consumer Service (Ref: 1170726). It is shocking that this company is still trading, given the number of complaints against it.

This is a fraudulent and untrustworthy company. I regret not researching beforehand and strongly warn others: do not buy from this company.

Edit: Received a reply after posting this review (21viii2025) saying they never received any cancellation request email.

Please post a Return Address. No information about the company is found online, they even deleted their tel num, which was +44 7534 513953 in Apr/May 2025.

The Extreme Titan case does not respond to touch even with sensitivity at max! I wish to return but despite numerous emails and calls to the number given have had no response. Abysmal non existent customer service. Expensive mistake. Don't get caught out!!

Ordered a case and screen protector on the 20th Jun 25 and after 30 days have received nothing. Emailed 5 times over the past month and every email has been ignored. Shop elsewhere as this company clearly cannot be trusted.

i was sent incorrect size case, and when i requested RMA return code i received NO response. they actually put a sticker over the original label listing it as the size I ordered. Total scam

All is well in my Kingdom because the phone case that I sacrificed to save for has arrived and I'm no longer a dissatisfied customer. The shipping time was actually rather fast as it was less than a week. The product meets or exceeds my expectations. I'm looking forward to enjoying this phone case and maybe even order more products from EXTREME.

I stopped by this site just to edit my previous negative response to this company. I wish to remove that negative review, citing a lack of response from the company regarding shipping documentation. I thought the company was located in the United States. Therefore, I expected a rapid delivery, which all of us are accustomed to now as the norm. However, I found out that this company is in the United Kingdom. It would have been nice to know that and to know that my Order may take extra time to have the product in my hands.
Shortly after I received the product, I received a very much appreciated follow up email from the company regarding my order and the tracking number and other relevant information. The product met my expectations regarding appearance.
However, I am still waiting to use the phone case because I am waiting on the replacement of 2 screws that were missing from the order. (This may not be the company's fault because this package obviously had been inspected and investigated by U.S.Customs and put back together haphazardly. I do like the appearance of the phone case; it did not dissapoint. So, I'm going to update my review when I receive the two missing screwts (out of 6) that hold the phone case together.

100% Scam. charged my card. No product sent. The positive reviews are fake. Business address is a remote location in Devon.... avoid.

iPhone 16 pro max case looks nothing like the picture and not as tough as they make out.
My backing cracked in the corner after only having it 5 months emailed them 2 times to complain but I haven’t received any contact from them so it’s gone in the bin what a waste of money

I do not advise to purchase their product. I emailed three times to return and no reply. When I opened a chargeback with Amex they suddenly woke up and fighting the chargeback.
I offered to pay for shipping but crickets.
If you're in the US, they will NOT honor a request to return.

Do not order from them! They get your money and never send the product. I have emailed and called with no response. Having to dispute the credit card charge. Beware of these scammers!

Do not order from this site. There is zero ways of contacting them. Phone does not work and they do not reply to any emails sent . You are unable to review your order or track it. They take your money and don’t send the product . Had to cancel payment through my cc which was a big pain is the A.

I would do NO stars. First it expensive, second zero customer service. No contact no location shown, just an email address. My husband ordered super excited he found something “elite”. Then it never showed up, emailed said it was back ordered and would ship soon. After 3 months he finally gave up. He did get refunded not through them as it was crickets when he reached out. Through pay pal he was refunded. Then I saw people reviewing on Reddit. So don’t waste your time. They either don’t send it or if they do you’ll get whatever, not like described. If they decide to send it, whenever. From who knows where ever they are.
So if you’re good with $70 whenever, whatever and wherever, this is the place!

Extreme spec Titan for iphone is NOT dust proof. The 6 black hex key screws that hold the case together - edges of screw heads sit proud of the case by a bit and the paint on that bit wore off the first week. Does not work with my Belkin magnetic charging stand. Ridiculously sensitive camera button turns camera on all the time but doesn’t work for adjusting telephoto lens. NO I WOULD NOT BUY THIS CASE AGAIN.

iPhone 16 Pro Turbo Case. Not what I ordered - flimsy protection near the camera action button, clear back of the case scratches easily, and the website features inaccurate pictures of the case’s design. Also took a few weeks to be delivered. I don’t feel like going through the hassle of sending it back and paying shipping cost. Buyer beware.

Only giving 1 star as won’t let me give 0. Do not order it’s a scam company as I ordered a case and paid £59.99 on 3rd March and after nearly 2 weeks still yet to receive it. Phoned the number on website and no answer and also sent 2 emails but no reply.

Bought a case for my iPhone 15 Plus. The case arrived with scratches on the back. I emailed several times to arrange a return/refund but received no response. I tried calling the phone number on the website but number was unobtainable! However after about 10 days I did eventually receive an email with options to replace the case or arrange a refund, as, by that time I had purchased an alternative case, I settled for a refund (which included a free screen protector) the refund was processed immediately.

Do not order from this site. It is a flashy website, and they will boast about using state of the art technology and blah blah blah. I bought a case from them for my iPhone 12, it came bent, it was totally cheap garbage. It was a plain bumper case you could get on Amazon for like five bucks. It’s scratched my phone and it made the Internet service almost nonexistent. This is probably the worst phone Case company there is out there. Not only that, their newest design for the iPhone 16 is a straight rip off from the Spigen tough armor AI. I cannot believe this company is still around.
