1.9. I orderd a t-shirt and payed for it. 15 days later and I am still waiting. This is not the first time this has happend to me on this site. I even contacted them about it and they say that it's normal. As if !! Horrible expirience !!
I'll let you know when it arrives and tell you how the t-shirt looks.

Took 3 weeks for a dress to arrive from Romania to Bulgaria; the fabric was cheap, the sew was the lowest of effort, it was unnecessarily long and half the glitter (that was never suggested in the pictures by the way; it looked NOTHING like the pictures, even the zommed-in ones) fell down before i even tried on the dress. Imagine the dress after a wash.

I am terrified of FACTCOOL !

The clothes are horrifying qualify..

The clothes have poor quality and the sizes are not European.
It took more than 12 working days to recieve the package. The site mentions 7-12 working days.
I bought a skirt which in the picture had a belt made from the same fabric as the skirt, so it's a part of it. The belt was never included.
I don't recommend any purchase form these company. It's a waste of money.

Capo arrivato dopo una settimana. Purtroppo la taglia errata. Effettuato il reso il 4 Luglio, la spedizione a spese mie. Oggi siamo al 9 Agosto, ancora niente. Il servizio clienti riporta che il mio capo deve arrivare in Slovacchia, dopodiche' viene controllato e POI avviene il reso. Su altre mail non ho ricevuto semplicemente la risposta. Lo sconsiglio, a parte non conosciate al 100% che la misura andra' bene.

Compre lo que se supone eran crocs originales para hombre rebajados con unos costes elevados de gastos de envio pero aun asi me parecia buen precio y mi sorpresa fue que recibi una china barata que ni el color correspondia a lo que aunciaban. Por si fuera poco me dicen que puedo devolverlos pero corriendo con los gastos de devolucion. Estafadores

Acquistato 5 magliette, consegnate in 4 giorni, capi perfetti e taglie esatte, gran rapporto qualita-prezzo, consiglio vivamente!

Non possi dare meno di una stella altrimenti lo avrei fatto! Compro spesso on-line ma nonostante tutto ero un po' titubante perchè questo sito non lo conoscevo, Tuttavia attirata dai prezzi molto abbordabili mi sono fatta tentare, a saperlo prima evitavo perchè non ho mai avuto un servizio così penoso. Compro un vestito pagando la spedizione, non va bene e allora chiedo informazioni per il reso.
Il reso è a mio carico e mi indicano dei siti per richiedere il servizio. Ergo il vestito l'ho pagato il doppio! (5 euro prima e 7 euro per il reso).
Passano le settimane e non ritrovo nessun accredito sul conto. Contatto il servizio clienti e prima mi dicono di attendere, ora mi dicono che non hanno ricevuto niente e che la mail del ritiro che ho inviato non dimostra l'effettivo ritiro.
Il corriere ovviamente non mi ha rilasciato nessuna ricevuta...a saperlo prima lo filmavo mentre gli consegnavo il pacco...
Ergo evitate!!!!!

I was sceptical and dubious at buying clothes from this website after reading 1 or 2 star reviews, but I was tempted to give it a go so I did and assuring myself in the mean time that I can send the clothes back if i wasnt happy. I suppose I have been lucky with my own buying experience.
I wish I could add photos as a proof that all the clothes that I ordered looks EXACTLY as in the pictures on the website. The material is superior, very good quality. The garments are NOT made in China.

These are one of the rarest moments where I can honestly say that I am truly happy and satisfied with what I have bought out of many other buying experiences, even in the clothing shops. THANK YOU Factcool!!!

Horrible experience, I do not recommend ordering from this site. I ordered one dress that looked so nice on the picture, but the reality is totally different. Color of the dress is different, structure of the dress is different and the material of the dress is just horrible.

Ero un po' scettica,dato che non conosco questo sito...Ho ordinato un vestitino seguendo la tabella taglie...ho preso la mia solita M e corrisponde,mi sta alla perfezione.Tessuto niente male,abito davvero carino.Spedizione con Bartolini arrivata in 10gg.Penso che ordinerò altro

I bought a dress that looked amazing on their website but I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED. The material is poor quality, the dress is different from the pictures, it also has a stain on the sleeve…. The bow is horrible. I can’t believe this product is still on the market 🤯

Bought a product weeks ago, got an email today that the order is cancelled cos supplier send them the wrong item.
Very unusual experience, I wouldn’t but again. Still waiting for the refund to come through.

Arrivato il vestito dopo 3 gg lavorativi qualità ottima super contenta

I was very reluctant to buy from them, as their reviews are mostly bad. But prices made me risk some money to see if it s ok. And it was. I ordered from Romania, in April 2022. Keep in mind tho, that u have to:
- double the time, at least, if not triple.
- buy one size up at least, as they are asian, S for example is an XXXS :)
- buy stuff that can t be misleading regarding material, length, colour. They don t lie, but the pictures aren t with the real product.
All in all, I think that with a little attention, u can get some pretty nice stuff at super low prices. I ll definetly order again. Cheers.

After one month I'm still waiting for my order. I'm terrified of what I will receive after reading the reviews here.
