Non capisco veramente il motivo di tante recensioni basse.
Io ho trovato su questo sito una montatura identica a quella dei miei occhiali da vista a un prezzo incredibilmente basso: 15€ anziché 160€. Ci tengo a precisare che è originale.
Gli occhiali sono stati imballati accuratamente e sono stati consegnati in 4 gg lavorativi. La spedizione è stata a cura del corriere Bartolini.

Ordine arrivato nei tempi previsti, sempre aggiornata sul tracking della spedizione.

Prodotto imballato molto bene, con confezione originale. Tutto nella norma.

Pagato con carta di credito, anche se un po spaventata dalle recensioni negative (ma era un importo relativamente basso ho voluto rischiare).

Αγοράζεις κατι και αν δεν σου κανει πληρωνεις τα μεταφορικα εσυ για επιστροφη. Ομως αυτο που θεωρω απαραδεκτο ειναι οτι δεν συνεργαζονται με κανενα καταστημα ταχυμεταφορων με αποτεκεσμα τα μεταφορικα επιστροφης να κοστίζουν 13 ευρ για ενα προιον που πηρα 25.

Δεν προκειτε ποτε να ξαναπαραγειλω απλα ελεος.. Το θεωρω κλεψιά.

Ho ordinato una felpa taglia 4XL , mi arriva una felpa 3XL e oltre al fatto di fare orecchie da mercante per quanto riguarda il LORO errore dovrei spedirla " a mie spese" per essere rimborsato solo del prezzo della felpa, rimettendoci così per ben due volte le spese di spedizione.

Was a little worried having read the reviews only after placing my order, but my items arrived in 4 days and were as described. Seller communication was excellent, I was kept well informed. Some (not all) of the discounts are fabricated and you will be paying normal price, but after quick research I found that one of the items I ordered was out of stock everywhere else, while the other item was actually considerably more expensive in other shops, so really can’t complain.

Stavo per concludere l'acquisto di diversi capi di abbigliamento ma non avendo trovato la modalità di pagamento PayPal, essendo quindi costretto al pagamento tramite uso di carta di credito, truffa quasi certa, e grazie alle recensioni NEGATIVE lette su Trustpilot, ho annullato per tempo l'ordine evitando di perdere i miei soldini.

I order a jacket which I returned. They send me an email in which they state that they have recived jacked and that they will return me my money. It's been more than 60 days since it, more than 5 emails I wrote them and they are just playing dumb and not willing to send me back my money.

Fatto ordine 4 dicembre per essere sicura che il pacco arrivasse prima di Natale.
Non ho ricevuto nulla e dal servizio clienti non mi rispondono neanche .
Non solo ho perso i soldi ma ho dovuto comprare all’ultimo un altro regalo da in altra parte.

Io mi sono trovata bene. Ho ordinato un maglione che su un sito concorrente costava tre volte tanto. L’articolo è stato spedito subito anche se era sabato ed è arrivato il giovedì. Tutto ok quindi.

Sizes are not European. Horrible quality.

They say the shipment will be done in 24 hours, the order never arrived and it has been almost 3 days. I called and they said that the shipment it is in 24 hours but the delivery can take up to 4-5 days. Of course on the website and all the emails those 4-5 days are NEVER mentioned so I wanted to cancel the order as I couldn't receive the package that late and they didn't want to cancel it. They said the product is already packed and the order can't be canceled at this point. Very rude customer "service" and completely inefficient not to mention that I cannot track my order on their website and I was not given a reason why that is happening.

They are cheating with prices, now its time for black friday discounts and they put normal price double as normal and put sticker extra discount (like 60%, 70%) to attract.
You can find same product on this page and in online shop from manufacturer.
I will put only some examples:
-Husky Anapurna sleeping bag on factcool you find normal price 308,99EUR and discounted price 139,99EUR (on husky.sk you can find recommended price as 159EUR, discounted price is 127,20EUR)
-Under Armour Shoes UA W HOVR Infinite 3 White shoes has on their site recommended price as 382,99EUR, now with extra discount you can buy this shoes for 156,39EUR (On manufacturer webshop you can find same product for 99,97USD - recommend price 120USD).
I think they want to attract buyers with this label of extra discount (over 50%). But they are still not the cheapest store.

HORRIBLLE EXPERIENCE, HORRIBLE CLIENT SERVICES.

1st. thing: They make FAKE promotions, resetting the timers and expiration dates all the time. Also, the prices stated to be on sale, are actually the original prices of the product.

2nd: They state the EXPEDITION time, not the delivery one, intentionally misleading the customers.

3rd: When i took my complaint to their customer support department, a fussy lady told me that it is not her fault that i don`t understand the difference between expedition time and delivery time, and that i can do whatever i want with my complaint.

As a response, i registred it to ANPC SAL, since it is litigious activity and i`m also publicly stating my experience on all platforms until it will be solutionated, so that others don`t have to live my experience.
