We have both the HD wireless camera & the WebOS smart tv 24”, both are fantastic products, well thought out and seem to be of the highest quality. The customer service from the initial order to even now, 3-4 months on has been incredible, as a family run business it doesn’t go unnoticed that they value the custom.

A real game changer for our Caravan.
We recently bought the falcon camera and fitted it to our Caravan and honestly it’s been a game changer. Reversing and manoeuvering the Caravan is so much easier now with a clear view of what’s behind us.
It’s also fantastic when driving giving us much better visibility and making changing lanes and keep an eye on what’s happening behind us so much easier.
For anyone who drives a caravan or a motorhome I’d highly recommend getting one it makes driving and reversing feels so much easier and gives you a lot more confidence behind the wheel. Definitely one of the best additions we’ve made.

Fantastic bit of kit
Ordered the wireless rear view camera kit. Delivered very quickly with clear installation instructions. I was a little sceptical as I have a large caravan towed by a pickup. The distance between the camera and monitor is probably about 10 metres. Having been on a trip, the camera and monitor performed flawlessly. I'm seriously impressed.

Wireless Rear View Cameras Supplied and Fitted
Messaged Falcon on Monday. Wanted their wireless rear view camera fitting on our twin axle caravan plus an extra camera to go at the side of the caravan for when we turn corners. Also wanted the wire in the car hardwired to the car's ignition, so no wire hanging down and getting in the way.
So I messaged on the Monday all above supplied and fitted at my address in Manchester on the Wednesday!!! Now that's what I call service!
Got a message from Chris from Falcon on Thursday morning to check that I was happy with everything...never known a company that gives such great customer service and so quick!
Can not recommend them enough!

4g router
Ordered the 4g router. Arrived quickly with easy to use instructions. I had previously used an EE sim in a mobile broadband device, using that same sim in the falcon unit I got much faster speeds that are consistent. Would definitely recommend

Helpful staff at the stand at the Newark m/h show. Bought both the 5g internet and a powerstation. Not really tested the Internet yet except in this country and did get a better reception than my phone connection so hopefully this will be great in Europe. Very happy with the power station and have used for an electric cooking plate, cool box, cpap machine and total cool fan and coped with no problems. Would definitely use this company again.

Unresponsive Complaint to Falcon.
I recently purchased the Falcon Portable Power Station at the Norfolk Motorhome Show. The salesman Simon explained to me that I could connect the solar charging cable to my existing solar panel through my Steca Solar Regulator, so I purchased the charging cable at a cost of £200. The technician subsequently came to my motorhome and installed the cable, but within 2 hours my 2 leisure batteries had gone from a healthy 13.5 down to 10.2 volts. I spoke to Simon the following day, he said that because there was very little sun most probably this was the problem, the problem was that the split wiring should not have been connected into the regulator, according to the Steca Manual you should not connect any other rechargeable or non-rechargeable batteries into the regulator. I then had to contact my dealer and arrange the installation of 2 new leisure batteries, also they checked and disconnected the falcon cable confirming that it should not have been connected into the regulator which caused total discharge of my batteries. Clearly I was given the wrong advice and the falcon technician did not know what he was doing. As we are currently living in our motorhome this caused great inconvenience to us not to mention a lot of extra cost. I wrote to Falcon with my complaint on Wednesday 29th.July and sent a reminder last Monday 3rd.August, to date I have received no acknowledgement whatsoever to my complaint.

I've looked into your comments regarding an unresponsive complaint. Our customer support system logs all incoming calls and emails, and at present we haven't been able to locate a support case under the name Graham Robinson. It's possible the enquiry was submitted under a different name or email address. If so, please let us know so we can locate it.
Regarding the technical issue, the Falcon Portable Power Station has its own integrated MPPT solar regulator. Having discussed your comments with our technical team and reviewed the type of solar regulator you have installed, we don't believe the connection itself should have caused your leisure batteries to become completely discharged. Without inspecting the installation and understanding exactly how it was connected and for how long, we can't determine the root cause.
We genuinely want to resolve this for you. Please contact our Customer Support team at cs1@falcontechnical.co.uk or call 01928 752939, quoting your details, and we'll be happy to investigate the installation and work through the issue with you.
We take customer feedback seriously and would welcome the opportunity to understand what happened and find a satisfactory resolution.

The Falcon mobile router is incredibly easy to setup. Takes less than 5 minutes and it works 1st time. Watched BBC iPlayer using an old android tablet in the caravan without any problems. Job done.

Just used the Falcon 4G combo in our caravan. It was very rural but signal was very good using EE sim. Only issue is it’s hard to change password, a simple app would be great

Falcon 4G Combo V3 with 120 Gb EE SIM card
Everything you need and more in a handy case.
Very easy to set up and works great for streaming. However, the EE SIM card was £21.50 on Amazon. Also, EE coverage is poor or non existent in my area. So I purchased a 120 Gb Three SIM card, which works fine.

Thankyou for your review, the 4G Combo will take any SIM card from any network giving you flexibility to choose. The one you purchased with the kit last for 12 months and will vary from what you have seen online i'm sure. The equiptment boosts the signal of the network you choose and make steaming easy in rural areas, glad you like the ease of set up and we wish you many years of steaming on your camping trips away
